games to explain its story fully. As such, we are located within the CANON TIMELINE. Do you like what you see? If so, feel free

3/14/20 The staff are working dilligintly on the next plot and introduction to ARC 3 of the site. Over the next couple weeks,
we will be transitioning the plot, organizing boards, and a new location will be added to the site! Please note that Termina will be removed from playable locations
during this process. Thank you for your patience!
PERSONALITY DESCRIPTION: Outside of battle he is a fairly laid back man, with an intensely sarcastic demeanor. Gael rarely takes the threats or affairs of others seriously. He is not mean, but his sarcastic humor can be found as so at times. Being laid back, he is not one to start confrontation very often, however this does not mean he will not protect himself. He is not one to seek out conversation with others very often, in fact he would prefer to be alone. Gael would not be the kind of person to often take up a leadership role, unless it was deemed necessary, and if it was; he would surprisingly take it seriously. Making sure the men around him are safe would be his priority, as selfish as he appears on the surface, he does care for others. He is no hero, but this man is certainly no bystander either. Growing up with high expectations, he learned to fend for himself, and for many years he only looked out for himself, but after time, and the death of people he thought were friends, he chose to get out of poverty and make his way as a true prince. This is not a background he likes to mention, and he would prefer to avoid running into any old friends at this point. This background gives him a high sense of independence, he doesn't feel as if he needs others to help him, but as he has learned in his few years as a man, he will need it.
Inside battle, his demeanor begins to change. Rather than a laid back and inattentive demeanor, he becomes serious. Combat is one of the few things he takes seriously, especially if it is life or death. He will tense up, rather than being loose and free flowing. There is one thing that will not change however, and that is his tendency to make sarcastic remarks, it is just in his nature. Being an intelligent person, he would observe his opponent to no end, and try to figure out their style. Many of his friends have grown to dislike him when he is in this state, because he is not the normal laid back and fun Gael they had grown to know. In a sense, he actually enjoys combat, and that in a way leads to the seriousness. When it comes to something he enjoys, he takes it seriously. Even in this state, he is still merciful and would prefer not to kill, and he could be quite brutal if someone tried to kill him, or another. He is very self aware, and calculative, often admitting his own flaws in battle. A brutal honesty comes with this streak, as he feels he has nothing to hide..
Reading: Even when he was young, he found himself picking up books from the shelves and reading them. This is a hobby he has long had, and will never give up. Reading gives him pleasure, and knowledge.
Drinking: Gaelio loves to drink, especially sake, even though he does not get drunk easily. It is not the being drunk he enjoys, it is the relaxation and the taste. Needless to say, he is not a boisterous drunk.
Water: Ever since he was a child, he had an affinity to water, staring at rivers, and the oceanic view for even hours. The soft waves give him a sense of peace.
Snakes: No longer fearing snakes after his becoming an adult, he loathes them instead. Their threatening presence and way of attacking just irks him naturally. Over-confidence: Gaelio hates to see a man or woman who is too overconfident, he believes one should be amply confident in their own skill, but not overconfident. Those kinds of people he would put in their place, so to speak.
Zealots: People who are so stuck in their own beliefs that their minds cannot be changed, it's not just the people, but the close mindedness that he dislikes. As an open minded person, he naturally respects other's beliefs.
Strength: As a man, he naturally wants to be strong. The fact that he grew up as royalty, where he fought in tutelage, gives him a strong survival instinct, and as they say, the strong survive.
Zora Kingdom: As an heir, he has taken it upon himself to guide his people to become stronger and happy in their lives, it is his biggest mission.
Success: Gael said to himself he would never live in poverty, and even though riches don't interest him, he wants to be successful. Making a difference was something he could not do as just a prince, and now he sees this as an opportunity.
Losing his family: As a prince, he is in constant worry of his family's safety, and will go out of his way to be protective.
Minor Nyctophobia: He is not severely afraid of the dark, but the absence of light does make him shake. Being a Zora, he prefers the light.
Basiphobia: While he is not afraid of heights by any means, he is afraid of falling, making him cautious at heights, but not necessarily uneasy. It would be a hindrance only if he was on a small platform in the air, in which case he would tense up greatly.
HISTORY: We are often reminded that when the world has us at our lowest points, we can only rise up to grow stronger everyday, and change our fate in life. At a mere 7 years old, fate had met this young Hylian as he ran for his life through the woods on the outskirts of Labrynna. Rabid dogs nipped at his heels, and tears streaked the face of the orphan as he desperately clutched the stolen food to his chest. He was far from Lynna city, and from any Hyrule province; his source of food being from a lonesome farm village feeding off of the rivers that led to the sea.
Ever since he could remember, the young boy had been passed off from village to village, scrounging for food and sleeping in barn stables. Only stealing to keep himself alive -- yet this time, someone was not very pleased by the act and set loose his hounds.
He ran for his life, finally finding refuge near the wide canals of water, atop a tree where he caught his breath. The dogs circling the tree, waiting for the boy to either climb down or fall. But he was patient and simply waited, falling asleep in that tree until it was safe the next morning. Or at least he thought.
A swift jerk brought him down as he was soon face to face with a large bearded man who held him by the scruff of his neck. Pirates. Marauders that came ashore from the Zora seas, and ones that hunted upon weak and defenseless people like him. It wasn't long before they stowed him aboard their small vessel and made for the waters just outside the sea of storms.
For a year he lived as a meek cabin boy, working for small scraps, and trying not to get sick from the sway of the boat. And one day, they were engulfed by a huge storm -- one that tore apart the wooden ship and plunged him into the unforgiving sea.
It's hard to say what happened after that. The water made his vision and memory foggy, and the last thing he remembered was waking up in a palace, in a soft bed with the sound of water echoing in his ears. This was the beginning of Gaelio Undine -- Adopted prince of the Labrynna Zora.
HEIGHT: 6'0 (182 cm)
WEIGHT: 185 lbs (83 kg)
HAIR: Black (Semi long)
EYES: Crystalline blue SKIN TONE: Pale
APPEARANCE: Gael stands at six feet tall, or one hundred and eighty two centimeters. He is a fairly tall man with a laid back demeanor, often with his hands in his pockets, or clutching a book that he is reading. His casual clothing would consist of grey dress pants (with a blue tint), an off white button up shirt, and a vest of any color. His dark black hair is slightly long, just past his nape, and cut in such a way that it is layered. He brushes it often, but due to it being thin, the wind can often mess it up. This ends up causing his hair to be ruffled even late in the afternoon. His piercing blue eyes are often observing the world around him. Occasionally he wears a white belt or two, which are loose, almost to show that they serve no purpose in holding up his pants but rather to look cool. If he feels like going out, he will put on his black tunic and dress appropriately. Otherwise he is currently in his suit of armor, standard issue. The one piece that will never change is a necklace he got from his best friend, who died when he was young, this is something he never takes off, even hiding it under his clothing.
