[attr="class","jartoxpost"] Perseus was yanked back as shurikens flew in their direction, stumbling toward the wall as Asthar deflected some... and then got hit by others. Before he could react, the shrill of Aryllia's scream caught his guard as he turned to look at what they were dealing with. He then turned to his fallen companion, jumping forward just in time to catch him before he fell to the ground. He turned him over in his lap, looking to Aryllia in a frenzy of thoughts. He tried to make out words, but he mumbled for a moment, looking up to the red haired woman who had ordered attacks. [break][break] They didn't have much time. His head whipped back to Aryllia, trying to pull Asthar's body away from the action. "Aryllia - leave me, this is my fault, I'll take care of it. Just get him out of here - and fast." [break][break] "But--but--" [break][break] "ARYLLIA, SWALLOW YOUR GODDESS DAMNED PRIDE AND GET HIM OUT OF HERE! THAT IS AN ORDER!" He snapped, his eyes becoming fierce, looking through her like a transparency within his reach. His breathing was coarse, and his body shook in frustration, as he shifted his weight from lifting Asthar from his lap and into Aryllia's. "I will keep them busy. And they will no longer harm you. So long as you obey and god willing - don't do anything stupid. You brim with the same reckless courage your brother did, and look where that got him. Be smart--GO." [break][break] He turned back to face the scarlet haired woman, stepping up as he closed his eyes, focusing himself to assess the situation. With Eleazar distracted by Gael, this left his other guards to try and pick off any others who may try to interfere. But this woman was a warrior of her own - able to slaughter the average men with no struggle. [break][break] But Perseus Elein was no average man, now was he? He was a King. The lone wolf of the Royal Elein Family. He had the spirits of old Labrynna on his side, and it coursed through his veins like poison. Eyes flashing open, his pupils dilated, appearing slivered and bisque in the light - matching the Twili's in radiance. He was silent for a moment, standing to face off the woman, before baring his teeth, which protruded with enormous fangs. [break][break] He let out a roar, thunderous and causing the room to shake from its resonance. He resembled that of a beast, with his ears growing out, and his nails translating to claws. He smirked, curving his head to the side as he waited for a reaction from the woman. "You've waited long enough, my dear. It's time to dance."

It happened so fast; and yet despite her attempts to stop any of it, Asthar had reacted beyond her ability to perceive, thrusting her behind him and taking the blow. Her eyes widened for a moment, and suddenly she had frozen in place - unable to speak, unable to focus, and unable to breathe.
Her eyes followed him as he fell to the floor, and everything became a blur in time - the bodies of war dancing around her like a trail of light. Percy's words came at her with intense command, but she still couldn't speak.
He went for her attention again - her name being called a second time, when she had snapped back, looking up into his desperate gaze. She let out a shaken breath, her clammy hands slowly trembling to fists as she tried to find words.
"But--but--how will you--"
"ARYLLIA, SWALLOW YOUR GODDESS DAMNED PRIDE AND GET HIM OUT OF HERE! THAT IS AN ORDER!"
She froze up again, stunned by his sudden eruption with a careful nod as she approached. Pulling Asthar into her grasp, she looked over him to see if he was conscious. She took a deep breath, pulling him up with his arm around her shoulder as she balanced his weight against herself.
Percy's words of her brother stung her like a bed of thorns, as she attempted to look past it, not wanting him to see the pain behind her eyes.
"We're getting you out of here, okay? I need you to cooporate, please."
Perseus began to growl as she turned back around, watching as the King she knew suddenly became a beast. Her eyes grew small, as a small gasp slowly escaped from her lips, no thoughts or words able to come to any closure.
Now she knew it was time to get out, and she scattered, making a sudden break for the door with Asthar in her possession.

I am the monster in your head
And I thought you'd learn by now
It seems you haven't yet
I am the venom in your skin
There was a moment where they all remained still, and Eleazar looked deep into his 'brother's' eyes. They were both suddenly distracted by the doorway though, as it opened and revealed three new intruders - one he knew far too well - the very king of his homeland, the sorry sister of the hero, and a hooded stranger he did not recognize... but he knew that he was Sheikah.
Eleazar's eyes met with Gael's once more, and no words were exchanged. He waited for a moment, trying to play everything out in his head, just when shurikens fell deep into the shoulder of one of the trio - causing him to fall wounded. He couldn't help but chuckle. They hadn't even been in the room for thirty seconds before one of them had fallen.
"If this is the reinforcement you've been waiting on... then I truly feel sorry for you..."
But as he went to begin his battle with his brother, some more ideas came to mind. Rather than getting caught up in a battle with just one, he could make them all suffer. He started to chuckle, taking a few steps to the left and circling around Gael. "My apologies... I forgot something very important."
He turned back to King Perseus, as he was suddenly changing into a beast, and the hero's sister was trying to escape out the door with their little friend. Oh, that just won't do. His eyes followed her carefully while Gael still kept his gaze on him, before he then took for the girl, running past the rabid King and pulling the girl back by the hood of her cloak, causing her to jerk back and drop her fallen ally from her grasp.
Twirling her around for the other's to see, he kept his blade close to her neck and slowly strode himself toward the center of the room once more.
"If everyone doesn't stop what they are doing right now, I will slit her throat without a second thought," he commanded through to everyone. "Let's play a little game."
He looked to Perseus, whom seemed to have trouble controlling his rage while in this wolf-like state, and he chuckled, looking down, "M'lord, you'll have to control yourself, or else the fate of your little friend will be blood on your hands."
As the room began to fall into silence once more, he narrowed his eyes as the blade slowly kissed her neck, only slightly digging into the skin and allowing it to breathe. "Now then... we're going to play a little game called Truth or Dare. The rules are simple - I ask you a question, or command you to do something... and you answer or do it without hesitation. If you fail, the Light Sage will die."
He turned back to Gael, wondering most of all how he will react to this cherade. He has no ties to Hyrule, or the importance of their religious figures - why would he care about a girl who is overshadowed by her dead brother? "Gael~"
His other hand slowly slid down the side of the girls waist, wrapping around her stomach and pulling her into him tight so that she couldn't move.
"I dare you to stab Perseus. Anywhere you like. I'm not asking you to kill him."
The prince stared at his older brother with surprise. The silver blade that was pressed against her cheek glinted in the dim light of the room, red ichor slowly tainted the mirror as it's sharp edge pressed into her skin. He was speechless, frozen in disbelief as he tried to collect on what Eleazar was saying.
He asked for Gael to stab Perseus, his King!
The hylian male grit his teeth and furrowed his brows, displaying his frustration at such a request. "And if I refuse?... If I just refuse to play along with your little game? Will you kill the girl? And let us go back to our little dance?"
He glanced over to Perseus, whose eyes urged him to do it, facing the young hylian prince with determination and courage. It was as if he was unafraid of the pain, or that he wanted to act like it. "The girl has nothing to do with it! This is between you and me!"

I am the monster in your head
And I thought you'd learn by now
It seems you haven't yet
I am the venom in your skin
A brow raised, for a moment, before lowering as he looked down to the girl, his hand slowly sliding up her body and to her neck again. He let out a chuckle, his breath against her ear as he continued to dig the blade into her neck. "I could snap your pretty little neck right now... if I wanted to."
Of course Gael would have moral dilemma over harming his King. And it was quite amusing to see the conflict cross over his face. To Gael, Aryllia was nothing. She was simply caught in the wrong place at the wrong time perhaps. No ties to the Hyrulean culture, there was absolutely no risk for him letting the girl die.
But would he let her?
"The longer it takes you to decide... the longer it will take me to end this girl's suffering. Either do it or say no so I can kill her. Otherwise..."
CRACK!
With a swift movement, Eleazars hand twisted around Aryllia's arm, snapping it out of place. She let out a blood curdling scream as she trembled to the ground, huffing in staggered breaths as Eleazar smiled at his work, looking back to the prince.
"The longer it takes you to decide... the more pain she will suffer."
Sweat beaded on his temple, and his grip tightened around his blade. A heavy weight fell on his shoulders and he felt as if he was being suffocated in the amount of pressure that built up. Her scream echoed in his ears, and in the passing moments his ears rang like they were a bell struck with a large hammer.
'She is nothing to you... she is nothing compared to the King... don't trade her life for his...'
Eyes returned to Percy's and the young male's eyes widened in his terror. King Perseus, who insisted that he played this game, wanted that girl to live... just who was she? In what way was her life worth more than his.
'She is innocent... what kind of prince would you be, if you didn't protect those that needed it...?'
Slowly... Gael's steps were slow as he approached Perseus, his hand pulling a knife from his waist and his eyes screamed his apology.
"I will end this... I promise."
Quiet words. Followed by the pressure of his blade tearing through flesh. He knew that if he only gave Perseus a small cut that Eleazar would kill the girl anyways.... not that there was any guarantee that stabbing Perseus would free the girl anyways.
Tears fell from his eyes in his anger, blurring the vision of his blade as it entered the King's lower abdomen. He made sure the wound was clean, and not fully through. It would be painful, and it would bleed... but if he got out, it wouldn't be fatal. He had to make sure that they made it out.
With a frustrated yell, Gael turned from his King, and lifted his sword before charging Eleazar. He would have his head for this!
It truly hurt, the slashes of those shuriken from all about were definitely not a pleasant feeling, but to be knocked out from something like this was laughable in his eyes. In a situation like this he needed to push himself, but at the same time he needed to think carefully. Rushing though head on was a fool’s choice and it was clear they would die where they stood. Even after being caught and noticed they still needed to plan out their next moves. This mission to kill Eleazar had now become to escape from Eleazar.
Playing possum, it was all Asthar could really do at the moment. The pain he felt as he laid upon the ground was almost exhilarating. He was no masochist, but the pain was almost like a reminder of the thrill of a fight. While killing Eleazar was originally the mission, for Asthar that mission was something that seemed unlikely to succeed even from the beginning. Asthar desired to witness this king with his own two eyes. He wished to see the usurper act, to see the man’s desire and cruelty.. Eleazar and even his little mistress interested him a great deal and Asthar wished to play with them as well but alas the king had done something that Asthar truly could not let sit and he had his own duty that he had to follow. Excitement and rage at the same time and despite the huge disadvantage he was in there was no fear. It was sound of the crack that almost drove him mad to make him desire to slaughter the man, but it wasn’t the time. Keeping them all alive was what he needed to do and he’d do anything for it.
Silent almost like a wraith he rose up, his eyes glowing red with a crescent like smile on his face. While everybody focused on Gael and Perseus, Asthar rose and dashed without a sound towards Eleazar’s back. All that he learned from the Sheikah of Holodrum were now being place in this moment.
Reaching forward Asthar immediately stood behind Eleazar and attempted to grab the king’s wrist in attempt to pull the blade away from his beauty’s neck while using his other hand to hook it under Eleazar’s other arm and grip his neck, putting him in a hold. “yo…” Asthar said as he leaned his head backwards and with as much strength as he attempted to slam his forehead at the back of Eleazar’s head.
He hadn’t forgotten about Raven or the other Sheikah around him, but it was all he could do at this moment and so long as he could get his filthy hands off of her then it was more than enough. If anything he still had his trump card ready.

And with the rage building up within his own blood, it was becoming harder and harder to control himself, wanting to gnash his teeth at the very man who dare hurt his friend. In that moment, he wanted to rip out his throat with his own claws. But he retracted, using every bit of willpower within him to stay collected and still, his eyes begging for Gael to listen to the madman. [break][break] But the longer it took for him to decide, the more pain Aryllia would be put through. At the moment her arm was snapped back, he let out a scream in defiance, shaking his head to plead with the man to stop. "You don't have to do this--" he would stammer at the false King, before inevitably turning back to Gael with begging eyes - glossing over from his desperation. "Do it! Don't make me beg--just do it!" he kept yelling - until finally - the prince would obey. [break][break] He knew this would hurt. And he couldn't promise the safety of the others if he couldn't contain his adrenaline from going into panic. And as the raven haired man slowly approached him, they exchanged nervous glaces, and he closed his eyes tightly and waited for the pain to follow. He grunted, his teeth tearing into his bottom lip as he roared like a beast, trying not to thrash as the blade was then suddenly removed, and Gael forced himself in Eleazar's direction. [break][break] "STOP IT, HE'LL KILL HER IF YOU DON'T LISTEN!" he commanded in a panic, before falling onto his knees in staggered breaths. His eyes began to shimmer like two golden orbs - his pupils becoming slits and fur ripping out from under his robes. When he had looked back up, Asthar was suddenly behind Eleazar, holding him tight to keep him restrained. [break][break] He turned back to Raven - this time he would truly distract her from intervening. Charging at her with full speed, he raised his claws up high, aiming for her face.

Some of them want to use you

Some of them want to be abused.
She couldn't breathe.
From the moment she was pulled away from the King, letting him slide out of her hands like butter, to the moment where the knife pricked at the flesh beneath her jaw, she found it hard to breathe. She knew in that moment, she wasn't going to die quickly. There were things far worse than death, and this man was capable of the lowest of evils.
His whispers kissed her ear like fresh now, but stung like the bitter cold it truly was, causing her body to tremble as she attempted to remain calm. She watched Perseus begin to lose his composure - the beast within him fighting for control, and Gael's hesitation to do what he was commanded.
God she hoped he'd listen.
But before he had time to even consider his decision in front of him - with just a simple twist of her arm with his hands, it was disfigured and broken apart like a twig, and she let out a tormented shriek - and she couldn't stop. The shrills dampened to cries in pain as tears streamed down her face and her knees slowly gave way for the floor.
But as she fell, the blade pressed against her neck followed, this time even tighter as it began to cut the flow from her airway. She had to pick and choose - whether to breathe, or to heave in pain, and she began to grow dizzy as she watched the Zoran Prince in an exhausted despertion.
Finally, he submitted - digging his blade into King Perseus's side, but as he finished Eleazar's demands, he suddenly turned to force himself at the madman - and she gasped in horror as she awaited her immediate death.
But that death never came.
Asthar was suddenly behind the banished prince, slamming his own head into the back of his, as she was dropped from his grasp and fell to the floor. The force of her body against the ground stung at her broken arm, as she dragged herself out of the crossfire, turning to the Holodran King in horror.
There was absolutely no way that he would get away with something like that so easily.
A shifting next to her caught Majora's attention, and under ancient wood, she smiled.
"It's time to start the show."
She debated just falling off her perch, high above, but the descent would be too slow. Instead, ancient magic answered her call, and with the snap of her fingers, time slowed to a halt. With a small laugh, reality warped, and she found herself viewing three scenarios at once, through the eyes of three vessels. The masked Goron appeared between Perseus and Raven, giant fist swinging back, then forward to catch him in the gut. The Sheikah appeared behind Asthar, and took hold of his clothing from the back, tugging him through the air. When they let go, he was frozen in the air, flying backwards towards the wall. The Zora appeared before Gael, and gently pried the fingers of his hand open, before sweeping his legs. As this all happened at once, Majora appeared before Eleazar, and plucked the agger from his grasp, before hovering to her position above the party.
Another snap started time.
They would all experience only the results of the vessel's actions, as they disappeared as time started. Perseus would be sent flying, Gael would find his sword out of his grasp as he fell face-first, and Asthar would be flung against the wall, as Majora sighed, bringing attention to her for the first time.
"Children, children, I do very much hate to use time magic, it's not quite my forte. So please, behave so I don't have to do it again."
Casually, she began cleaning her nails with the dagger, looking over them all.
"You think yourselves so bold to do such stupid things without thinking of the repercussions. Attacking a man with a hostage? Chasing him in the first place? You all... Did admirably well. A brilliant distraction! While I nudged the Gerudo Witch and Zelda along, you kept the rest of the world busy, turning a blind eye to what truly was to come. The Sacred Realm was opened, and the Gerudo Witch and Zelda finished their task. But... They exerted too much of themselves, and through the cracks, I was freed.
But where are my manners? Some of you here don't know who I am."
In air, she bowed, and around them, flames burst from the ground, each spawning a mask. Shadowy magic circled them all, and formed a multitude of figures. Vessels of Majora. The greatest, though, came as a rumbling of the castle, and stone from the ceiling crashed down as the great dragon stuck its head through the new hole it had formed between them and the exit. It roared, and they caught Majora chuckling as the roar ended, all incarnations now in a deep bow.
"I am Majora, the Goddess of Masks."
As she rose, all vessels but the dragon were gone, its hollow eyes watching them. Majora ceased to hover, feet hitting the ground, and she looked around, before walking over to Aryllia, leaning down next to her.
"My, my, he did a number to you, girl. These are all your friends? That means they know the only reason you're relevant... You must hate living in big brother's shadow, don't you? You must love being relevant to him. You must MISS HEARING HIM SAY HE LOVES YOU!"
The goddess' voice rose as she withdrew her hand, fist balling, but she chuckled, and her voice was calm again.
"Yet I've watched you, Aryllia. I heard you curse his name more than once. Let's test the limits of that love."
As she took a hold of Aryllia's face again, she forced the Light Sage to watch as her brother appeared on the floor before them, curled up, hazed eyes opening as he got his bearings.
"Look, everyone. Zelda succeeded. She freed her precious hero. My precious hero, the one that fake Goddess stole from me and made into her little boytoy. That is my love, I am the only one who should matter to him, but there are... Imperfections in his life. Like you, little inconsistency. And now I've gathered you and your friends to watch and see what his fate becomes."
Without looking at him, Majora held the knife out to Eleazar, hilt first.
"You want to kill somebody today, dear, don't kill the insignificant Sage. Kill the Hero. His blood can only be cleaned by purification, and in the next life, he will bemine again. Or don't. It could be more fun that way. But if you do...

I am the monster in your head
And I thought you'd learn by now
It seems you haven't yet
I am the venom in your skin
Everything became slow in that moment; for Eleazar the thrill of watching the heroes squirm under his very commands was amusing. Gael may not agree or particularly like Eleazar - he may not feel even a shred of compassion! But he would respect him as a position of power. He would ensure that much.
Watching the baseborn tear into Perseus's flesh made Eleazar giddy in the satisfaction of his obedience. But it didn't last long before he had suddenly forced himself away from the King and threw himself toward the Zora. Oh, what a stupid decision that truly was. He shook his head, chuckling lightly as he pulled the knife from Aryllia's neck and went to lunge back at it; aiming to rip her throat out in a single motion.
But he froze. In that moment, he felt someone holding onto the back of his collar, and he froze for a moment, a brow raised as he very slowly turned his head to face his new opponent - red eyes glowing within the shadow of his hood. "Finally awake I see..."
And everything stopped. And suddenly figures appeared, interfering with each battle sequence as the goddess once again appeared before him, slipping his dagger from his hand and slowly retracting; a snap of her finger and time stopped once more, incapacitating all within the room.
He looked around for a moment, his brow raised up as the goddess began to speak to the others, introducing herself to the newcomers. She had slowly approached the broken girl beside Eleazar, whom was still whimpering in her pain, almost becoming sympathetic as she then tore into her open wound with words of her brother.
Now he could see what she was planning, and another smile crept upon his face. Taking her cheeks in the goddess's hand, she spoke of testing her love, when the very hero suddenly appeared on the ground beside her. He was pale, and trembling in confusion from the looks of it, and Majora began to gloat of she and Zelda's victory.
The dagger was suddenly handed back to Eleazar, and he looked upon it with curiosity. Taking it in his hands, he slowly approached the "hero".
"You want to kill somebody today, dear, don't kill the insignificant Sage. Kill the Hero. His blood can only be cleaned by purification, and in the next life, he will bemine again. Or don't. It could be more fun that way. But if you do...gut him like a trout."
The words echoed within the room, a distinct and ominous aura surrounding the last of the sentence. He was truly blessed with an amazing gift, and his eyes grew with fiery passion as he walked up quick to inspect the cowardly man.
He was disheveled, his clothing dirty and covered in his own sweat. The look in his eyes was begging to be killed, but that would be too easy, wouldn't it? The very battle he was hoping for when destiny would decide who Hyrule would truly belong to... and he couldn't even lift a finger.
"Can you stand?" he growled lightly at the frightened hylian. But he appeared to be in a daze, perhaps from the sudden warping from place to place, as well as the change in surroundings. "You're utterly pathetic aren't you? You're no hero. It's no wonder you failed Hyrule. What does Zelda even see in you?"
But his answers, if any, wouldn't satisfy the Zora as he rolled his eyes, chuckling in amusement before he rested the base of his boot on the flat of the poor man's chest, pushing him back further into the ground with a little force, before he began to laugh. "This is fun isn't it? Come on then! Save your kingdom! Save your little goddess before I display her head on a spike at the castle gates! Or--better yet--save your stupid sister who decided to act out in your absence!"
He could barely contain it, his foot pushing deeper into his chest, kicking him again further, watching him slide around on the floor. "It's your fault! All of this is your fault, isn't it!? The proud Hero of Hyrule and he can't even protect his own sister! Did you see my fine work? Her arm barely stood a chance! And your poor royal whore--oh, when I get my hands on her..."
He knelt down real low against Link's ear, his hand pulling against his hair to make him look into his eyes, "I'm going to pleasure in ways you never could... and then maybe I'll gut her while you watch."
He tossed the boy away, before looking to the Goddess in dissatisfaction, as he stood up and dropped the dagger to the floor.
"He's pitiful. He's a broken, useless failure. What is the point in killing him? No..." a smirk formed upon his lips as he turned back to Elinkar. "I want to watch him fail his lover again. I want to see the disappointment and regret on her face when she realizes that he's just the shell of who he used to be... then he truly will be nothing. Unless you can prove me wrong."
The glowing eyes of Majora's Mask never left Eleazar as he toyed with Link, musing about the horrible things that he would do to the Hero. Her hand clenched, but she held back her words. This Hero was no longer hers. He was corrupted.
The mantra would repeat, but she remembered the feeling of his lips on hers. She wasn't sure whether the memory was conjured up by her mind or not, but by now, it didn't matter. She hadn't spent her time locked up just to give in to someone teasing him with death.
Still, her lip curled when he was thrown aside.
No. Link was hers. And she was unhappy. But, when Eleazar's attention turned back to her, she laughed. Amusement, so quickly after anger. Her hero was truly pathetic, not worth killing. But Eleazar saw something in him that he missed.
The chance to be fixed. Silence sat between them for a moment, before she laughed, quietly.
"You are right. In his state, he could do nothing, he would be no challenge. But you answered as I expected."
Her praise was brief, before her vessel's hand grabbed at the mask it wore, and tore the mask from its face, with a scream. The wood clattered to the ground as the Skull Kid dropped to its knees, a choking sob coming from its mouth, before disappearing into shadow. In his place, was a dark mist, emerging from the mask that was shed, as it faded into the smoke.
From it, a foot stepped forward, then an arm emerged. The mist suddenly cleared, and before them was a woman as tall as a Gerudo, with the markings of the mask upon her face, imp-red skin, and horns. Power shimmered about her, power they could all feel. They knew she had been holding back all this time, but nobody could have anticipated this much.
"I have been cramped in that damn thing for far too long... But that is beside the point. I suppose, dear Eleazar..."
She stepped forward, to her puppet, her devout follower, and looked into his eyes, a finger trailing down his cheek.
"That you expect a reward. And a reward you shall get. But it won't be the girl, or any of her friends... No, what I offer you is much more significant than petty kings and Sages. You desire power, to be a God, and I could give it to you. A god of chaos, immortal and powerful. People would look up to you, you would be adored, and feared. But as you are, you are not ready. No, not nearly."
The finger trailed to his chest, and she hooked one sharpened nail on his top, grinning.
"You will be the god to replace Hylia, now that she is gone from this world. But for now, you will learn a valuable lesson all must face. Humility."
Her hand pressed flat against his chest, and magic seared red around it. The smell of burning fabric and flesh filled the air as she smiled, pulling back the hand in mere seconds, looking at the brand she had placed upon the man. A draconic mask, with the eyes of her own mask. As it glowed unnaturally, the dragon roared once again, breaking through more of the roof to extend its face to her outstretched hand, then it dissipated, leaving a bony mask in her grasp. She took hold of it, and placed it upon Eleazar's head.
"In time, the magic will come to you, when you earn it. Then you will be ready, my faithful servant. For now, this is over."
Her gaze went up to the others, and she jerked her head.
"Take your friends and begone, before I change my mind. And do not return, or I'll do worse than murder you."
Instead of the warmth of blood and flesh, the Zora prince felt the sting of the cold ground and the pain of blunt force. His eyes revealed that he was on the ground, and he was lost in his confusion. Did Eleazar move faster than he could see? Was he able to sweep his legs out without notice? No, it was the work of an outside force, --one that cackled at their handywork.
And they were met with another enigma. One that roared as it crashed through the ceiling and threatened to lay waste to them with its large and fierce jaws. A creature that he only heard on in stories told by his mother.
Gael groaned as he lifted himself from the ground and stared into the vacant eyes of their new host. Majora. A name he had never heard, nor did he understand what they were spewing. He recognized only bits of the story they told, knowing of the Princess Zelda and the fact that she was the Goddess Hylia incarnate.
'Time Magic?'
So she was freed from the sacred realm, and that happened because Zelda went in to retrieve something, or rather SOMEONE. The Hero. The one that laid on the floor like a confused and helpless child, and Aryllia was his sister, a Sage. 'Eleazar just what did you get yourself into?'
This fight was beyond him, yet as he watched his brother unleash against the defenseless hylian male, Gael couldn't help but feel that there were no heroes or goddess incarnate, and it was just men and their deeds. Who was willing to stand and who wasn't. Eleazar yearned for the darkness in his heart to be the power he held, and this Majora promised him just that.
This was beyond them at that moment. So as the mask was placed upon his brother, he stood and stepped to the Hero. He truly was pitiful to look at, but he was important, and certainly one that his King would sacrifice his life for. So he would do the same. Gael lifted the Hylian male onto his back and glanced at Ayrllia. He felt that her pain was his fault, but there was no sense in pointing fingers. They first needed to leave and fast.
Blue eyes moved to rest on his King, "Can you walk?"
Though no one could see it at that point in time, a smile of purple lips spread from ear to ear before a golden chalice rested between them. She bore witness to Eleazar's growth and it delighted her. He was given a power that no being in the realm of light could hold a candle too, and she would see it well used. The triforce would be reforged soon enough, but it's union would bring about a better outcome than peace for the realm of mortals.
He had the king in his grasp and Aryllia had been dropped to the ground now free from being the hostage. It was truly a close one and Asthar was glad that he made it in time, but t it wasn’t over just yet. To break his arm or snap his neck, oh how Asthar felt like doing just that at the moment, but he needed to get his friends out and the hold he was advantageous at moment. How Asthar took advantage of the situation and how Eleazar and his gang dealt with it would decide things, but in the end all of that was worthless.
It was almost like time had been skipped. Before he knew it he went from holding Eleazar to suddenly flying backwards. His eyes were widened, completely stunned and confused as his mind tried to wrap around what had just happened. “Wh-what the?! This is…”
Time Magic…
There was no other explanation Asthar could think of. In Asthar’s point of view the time in between him holding Eleazar and the moment he was sent flying was nonexistent. Something was wrong as a feat like this was something Asthar felt was beyond those in this room…or at the very least those he knew of…
Flung back Asthar’s back collided with the wall causing the young king to let out a gasp upon the contact. With his back sliding down the wall Asthar found himself sitting down against the wall slouched down a bit trying to recover from the blow while his red eyes glanced forward. “So…you’ve awaken again…its been a while” Asthar said softly and quietly as he stared forward.
…heh… surely you’ve must have felt it…the excitement building within…
Asthar merely grinned, but at the same time he narrowed his eyes as a bead of sweat ran down the side of his face. What seemed like a very demon stood before him, but the feeling deep inside told him it was worse than that. It was a conflicting feeling both of excitement yet fear. “Tsk damn it Zelda, just what did you do…” Asthar said as his eyes narrowed more as he stared at the goddess before him, this time his expression growing grimmer in comparison to the grin he had.
Majora…
The name almost echoed through his mind as he heard that name. Asthar watched the goddess speak on, but the moment she begun to taunt Aryllia Asthar begun to snap in a way. Asthar’s fist begun to clench tightly and he gritted his teeth tightly, but that was all he could do. His body would not move and no matter how hard he tried it would not budge. “What the?! I need to-” Asthar begun to struggle to say softly but stopped.
You will die…
There truly was nothing he could do. It was that realization alone that told him enough, that he could not do anything and that if he did go he would die for sure. Truly all of what was happening was something nobody could have expected, but Asthar’s eyes widened the moment he witnessed the return of Link.
A pitiful shell of a man…
That was what Link truly was at this point. Link was going to die, that was what the goddess of masks wanted, but Eleazar was not a man to merely give death so easily. What happened next was nothing more than humiliation of a broken man. Asthar never truly was one who was one who followed the belief of a chosen hero. Such heroics were something that shouldn’t be merely foretold, assumed, destined or expected. Such a thing was something he disliked and never truly believed in. If he was to acknowledge somebody it would be because of their own efforts and not because of who they were before. All the nonsense of chosen heroes had been thrown out the window just watching the pathetic display before him.
They were granted freedom once more and with it Asthar’s body was able to move once more. Slowly Asthar rose to his feet and let out a sigh as he rubbed the back of his neck lazily. “My My how merciful…” Asthar said casually as he walked up to Aryllia and kneeled down on one knee to get to her level. “Hey there, let’s get out of here…together” Asthar said giving her a soft smile before placing his arm under her knees and the other behind her back as he lifted her up. With her in his arms he begun to walk, but suddenly stoped and glanced of his shoulder at Eleazar with narrowed eyes and a smirk, his slit like pupils growing thin as he stared at him. “I so look forward to playing with you again…” Asthar said before glancing over at Perseus and Gael ready to leave. Of course there was the chance that this was yet another trap, but truly they had no other choice at the moment.

[attr="class","jartoxpost"] As Perseus and lunged for the Twili's face, a moment in time glitched - messing with his sense of direction and ability to stay focused. It was as though there was a skip in time, a single second gone missing, but it had messed with the entirety of what would happen next. She was there, and then she was gone - in her place, an enormous man of stone stood - an ancient Goron whom immediately took hold of Perseus and held him in place. [break][break] He let out a cry in shock, wriggling and jerking to try and get loose from the boulder's grasp, but it held in place with an evil aura in place. His crimson eyes bolted in every direction, taking note of the other strange beings that had taken hold of each of his allies. He stayed quiet, trying to hold down his grunting and inability to stay calm as a masked being came into head. [break][break] With the corrupted woman, a large, ancient beast came into view, taking its entrance into the large chamber with a roar, causing Percy's ears to fall back into his hair, hiding in fear as his stomach began to tighten under the Goron's grasp. The woman had introduced herself as Majora... and immediately Perseus knew that this war was much bigger than previously imagined. [break][break] "That's impossible," Perseus murmured, mostly to himself. "I thought--I thought that when Link had sealed away Seith... the other gods had returned back to--" [break][break] But another shock submerged the crowd in mystery as Majora began to talk of a deed that Zelda apparently succeeded - one that she had kept many of her allies in the dark about. And because of this... Majora was now free to create chaos. She began moving toward Aryllia, taking her time to speak with her and Percy immediately grew angry. [break][break] "Stay away from her! She's gone through enough!" he knew with this current news of Link's return, along with Eleazar's targeting of abuse that whatever this Goddess had in store, it would surely break the girl even more than she already was. [break][break] Before long, the very hero appeared in the room, and he knew that it was in fact Elinkar... but he looked different. Pale. Older. His hair had grown longer than his own face, becoming messy and knotted. And Majora was offering him to Eleazar. [break][break] "No, no, stop! You can't do this!" Perseus begged, breathing heavy as the horrors flashed before him - Eleazar taking hold of the knife and kicking around the weakened man. [break][break] But in the end, he had refused the offer, tossing the knife aside and refusing to kill him. Percy sighed in relief, as they were freed from the magic and Majora and the tyrant conversed of a stronger power... and then he was blessed with something truly terrifying. [break][break] Silence loomed over the room as he looked over to his friends, the power slowly fading from Percy's grips and his ears returned humanoid and his claws retracted to nails. His clothing was ripped and covered in his own blood, and he stumbled over to Asthar and Aryllia as Gael approached. He wasn't planning to stick round for whatever Eleazar had planned next. "We need to go. All of us. We can head back to camp and reconvene with the Queen. We must find out more about... what's happening," he spoke lowly to Gael and Asthar. [break][break] He began walking with the trio, heading out of the room quickly before the goddess changed her mind of mercy. "Gael, let us head back together. I would like for you to speak with the Heroes. We can compensate the losses of our people and bring word to the Zoran Council of this discovery together. But I need to make sure that my fiancee made it back to the camp before I can leave."
