The seasons always find a way to change
Barefeet transitioned from wood to scorching sand as Kura stepped off the boat and onto the golden shore. Blue eyes gazed up at the cloudless sky and followed with a large grin. They were all here, on Crescent Island, intending to stay as some sort of vacation. It was Asthar's idea, and this was the perfect spot, away from the spies and eyes of the Rogue Order and provided enough safety that they could relax together. There was quite a distance of sea between them and the mainland, and it was easily accessible from both Holodrum and Labrynna. There was little information that Asthar presented to them, only giving them detail that he had a private home on the Island, away from the Tokay established villages.
Either way, the young princess was more than eager. Not only was it to be her, and her retainer invited, but King Perseus as well. Along with their personal attendants, it was going to make for quite the crowd. She was personally looking forward to exploring the island and spending time with Perseus, and to Garrett's displeasure, she wanted to bring quite the amount of stuff; but that was all because of King Asthar's discretion of the events that were to follow in this excursion.
So quickly following their arrival, Kura immediately turned to the water, lifting her light colored dress skirt to let her feet touch the much colder water. The princess grinned and spun on her heel to glance at her retainer that should have been unloading their things from the boat. It was not a long trip from the borders of the mainland, merely a day and a half -- it was getting to the border that was the long trip. Its nearly a week just from the ruins to Horon City, and another day to Sunken City where they were escorted by the Zoran Prince Gael on his vessel. Apparently he owed Asthar, and in the end it all worked out, though he could not stay as he had other matters to attend to back home.
"Hurry up! I want to see the place we are supposed to be staying in!" she playfully said while running up to grab what small bag she could.

[attr="class","jartox"]
[attr="class","jartoxpic"]
[attr="class","jartoxlyr"] I would lose everything just for you
[attr="class","jartoxpost"] Percy hadn't been to Crescent Island in ages. Honestly, since he was a young boy, before the Tokay had become endangered and secretive from the mainland - though it did not mean the island was off limits. The young king actually had no idea about this to begin with, until Kura had shown up to the castle without warning, grinning wide and screaming "WE'RE GOING TO A SPA!" without much more explanation. There wasn't much use getting anything out of an excited girl until she had calmed down. [break][break] How unfortunate for him that she NEVER calmed down until they were actually heading toward where the boat waiting for them was. So they were going on a little mini vacation. As thrilled as Percy was to finally spend some times with his friends... was this wise? Didn't they have things to do? A tyrant to kill? He wasn't going to question anything, but everyone seemed a bit too giddy for their Kingdom falling apart. [break][break] He wasn't going to rain on their parade though. If they were happy to just get away and clear their mind for a few days, they deserved it. Nothing would change that drastically in the time being. When Perseus, Kura, and Garrett had arrived to the docks, he was surprised to see others waiting. Asthar and Aryllia had already been on the island awaiting their arrival... but it appeared he invited another couple, which made Percy stop in his tracks. Zelda and Elinkar were there as well. And while he had heard that he had been rescued, it wasn't easy to digest until seeing him with his own eyes. [break][break] He was there when he was struck down. He was there when he was sealed away. And he was there to drag Zelda from that battlefield before she was killed. So seeing him now, in front of him was surreal, yet relieving. He couldn't read how the boy had felt about this little 'vacation' of there's though, so when he and Kura had arrived, he bowed respectfully before heading onto the ship. "It's so great to see your return, Sir Link." [break][break] It had occurred to him that Kura probably had not told Zelda about their plans after the war... and suddenly he grew incredibly red. But that was something he would have to deal with later. When they had finally arrived to the island, there were several people waiting upon the docks for them - two notably sheikah figures alongside a golden haired man and woman. "Alright, alright, I'm coming!" Percy laughed, following behind Kura quickly. "Wow, this place is a lot nicer than my father made it out to be..."
Garrett wasn't exactly thrilled to be going on this vacation, but he wasn't upset either. Finally, he'd be able to find some time and relax and take a nice hot bath... but he couldn't let Kura know that. No one was allowed to find out just how much he was looking forward to visiting the bathhouse on the island. He had heard many wonderful things about this resort in particular, but of course, you could only go by invite only.
Thank the gods they were actually friends with the King of Holodrum. Kura of course, was ecstatic at the idea of going on this romantic getaway with her little boyfriend, to which Garrett couldn't help but roll his eyes at the thought. And no, he was NOT jealous. He was simply in the belief that the two had rushed through things and haven't properly gotten to know each other.
Still, he held his tongue on the matter because he knew that Kura was happy, and as long as she was distracted from the heavier moments of war, then he was relieved. The three of them had made their way to the ship after a fairly quiet carriage ride, to be reunited with Queen Zelda and Elinkar - someone whom he was already familiar with seeing at the Heroes of Hyrule base just a few days before. Of course, Kura had jumped on the opportunity of accompanying Perseus to the ship so that Zelda and Link would not have to travel much farther than they had to.
It still had only been a few weeks since Link's rescue, and he was still fragile in terms of mentality. So the less travel, the better. The boat ride was rather quiet as well, but of course, Kura was excited. And when they had finally arrived to the port, Asthar, Aryllia, and two of their attendants were waiting for them. huh. I never would have guessed that there were more Sheikah outside of Hyrule... he thought to himself. However, he was quickly caught by the sudden realization that he was going to have to carry Kura's things to the resort.
Aiz had sifted through her various items of clothing to bring on this trip that Asthar so desperately insisted that she take part in - and truthfully, she had no idea why. But for the sake of her identity, she wasn't about to just jump in a lake with a bunch of people who ASSUMED she was male... not that she ever corrected them either way. She actually preferred it. That way there weren't as many questions as to whom she was or why she was banished.
She had been waiting upon the docks with Asthar and Haku, another poor victim in Asthar's excursions. Standing tall and upright with ebony armor upon her, one hand was fallen past her waist while the other was rested upon the hilt of her sword sheathed at her side. They were waiting for their guests - two of which were from the Royal Hyrulean Family.
"Your grace, may I ask once more why you insisted on me being here? Perhaps you have forgotten the reason I left Hyrule to begin with - to get the hell away from the reincarnations and their sheikah dogs." she spoke in a rather nervous tone. Not only was she expecting for The hero and Hylia reborn to make a show, but one of their Sheikah was as well... which meant that she was going to have to deal with proper traditional guard dogs.
Still, she knew better than to speak too much out of line. Whatever Asthar wanted, she would certainly give if she had the ability - and he wanted desperately for her to come along... though it didn't seem to make sense to her. Wasn't the point of being a hand of the King so that she may take his place while he is away from the throne? Who was to worry about Horon City while they were both away? He had no queen! And his little girlfriend was standing beside them as well!
This was about to be a huge mess. She just knew it.
It was always good for people to relax, to get the stress of life away even for a single moment. If one were to keep the stress built up in one’s self it was only a matter of time until that stress began to devour them. Perhaps this whole trip was merely to relieve their stress or maybe this trip was merely a wacky adventure that Asthar had come up with, but regardless what mattered was that all of them had finally come together to relax just for a moment before they went off against their enemy once more.
A place away from the enemy and somewhere nice and relaxing, that was something Asthar put a lot of thought into and came upon the answer to. The Crescent Islands were truly the perfect place for them to relax and with it Asthar had everything in place. Of course having planned everything he and his crew had already arrived first and all that was left was merely to wait for the others to arrive before the fun would truly begin.
Aizen and Hakuyu were along with him and Asthar was immensely thrilled that they had come along with him as well. The two were sheikah that worked under him, but Asthar never really saw them as such. He had known the two for quite the long time and in a way he always saw the two as his own family whether or not they felt the same way or not. It was something that Asthar never really expressed much, but at the same time wasn’t something that he felt needed to be expressed. All that was needed to know was that he was close to his the hand of the king and the commander. Now the only problem was for them to loosen up.
Aizen was complaining once more on why she was here, but Asthar truly wanted her to be here and took no for an answer. Looking over at her he closed his eyes with a childish grin “Come now Aiz, It will be fine. I want the two of you to have fun and it would sadden me if you didn’t. I know it’s going to get…uncomfortable…but please try and bear it and just focus on enjoying yourself” Asthar said before glancing over at Aryllia and closed his own eyes again “We’ll have some fun as well” Asthar said with a bright cheerful smile.
Never forget what you are, for surely the world will not.
Unable to express his dislike of coming on this stupid trip, Haku merely stood next to Asthar as they awaited their guests together. His hands were kept at his sides, hidden by the long and flowing sleeves of his red and white decorated garb. It was not common attire for someone of his position, but unlike his other companion, he did not prefer full plate armor over something he could easily move in. Also unlike his companion, he kept his impartial feelings to himself, and did not voice them to the King. Irked by Aiz's intolerance, Haku glanced the other way and sneered. He agreed that this was a rather foolish idea, but he did not openly protest against Asthars wishes.
He did however, show some amount of surprise at the man's comment about Hyrule. Haku assumed he was somewhat knowledgeable about Aiz's dislike for Hyrule and their Royalty -- as well as those that served them. Why however was still a mystery and not one that he actively tried to solve and instead he only silently agreed with the man and continued to serve Asthar as he sworn to do.
Glancing to the blonde man, Haku grimaced ( as if he ever stopped ) and raised his eyebrow slightly. "It is not in my Job Description to have fun, My Lord." he said before looking out to watch the few that arrived currently, "I am also not concerned on whether or not it --'saddens'-- you. Not that you wouldn't be completely distracted by some folly."
Haku did however, find some pleasant feeling in the fact that more people meant more security for the King and less work for him; which in all, meant that he could find SOME time to himself.
"Lord Aiz, I presume that you will be having me handle scheduling with the --Hylian Guard Dog?" he asked with a straight face and a swift glance to the smaller man's side.
He had known Aiz for quite some time now, in service to Asthar, but only recently had they come to work together so closely. From what Haku knew, he was an intelligent and admirable man. Which was all he required to feel comfortable taking orders from him -- which is not something he does on a day to day basis.

Some of them want to use you
Some of them want to get used by you
Some of them want to abuse you
Some of them want to be abused.
Aryllia didn't even know what to expect. She had been close to Asthar for quite some time after their little reunion mission, but she never expected for this to happen. She was afraid of this kind of stuff! It softened people, made them distracted, and often self destructive with their own lives for the sake of the other person.
But Asthar was patient with her, and that's all she could really ask for. Perhaps the most noticeable of her flaws and inexperience was her inability to properly express herself, especially when others were around. When Asthar had told her that Kura and Percy would be accompanying them at their little resort, she was a bit embarrassed. She barely knew how to be romantic in private! But with others around...
She shifted her weight between her feet uneasily as she stood between Asthar and Haku, rarely looking up to gander at the ship that was slowly making way for the dock. She took a deep breath when Aiz had given his concerns, and when Haku had chimed in with his 'having fun isn't my job' comment. She couldn't help but snicker a bit to that response. She felt the same way.
Still, Asthar insisted that this would be a fun trip for everyone, and he was always making sure that she would be comfortable. At least they'd have their own room, she supposed... but when the ship grew closer, she could see Kura nearly falling out of the thing, way too eager to exit and run out onto the beach, and Percy behind her looking nervous as all hell.
"I hope you're right... I just feel like I don't exactly fit in," she murmured in response to Asthar, her face hiding within the collar of her cloak. When everyone started to exit the ship, she watched the trio as Kura began running toward the sand, Percy close behind and Garrett lugging a ton of bags. Poor guy.
"Well, that's it right? Can we go see this place now?" she said, nearly turning around as she saw two others begin to exit the ship. The first was one person she recognized very well - Zelda. Well, this would be awkward. She hadn't really spoken to her since her brother died. They had maybe one run in and Aryllia just kind of gave her the cold shoulder. It must suck being a third wheel... but at least she'd keep Garrett company right?
But then the second person began to exit the ship, and Aryllia couldn't quite put her finger on who it was. She thought maybe it was one of their retainers since they were obviously not Sheikah. Garbed in blue, long blonde hair, he started to walk beside Zelda, and suddenly--suddenly--his face came into view and Aryllia almost couldn't believe it.
"No. No, no, no," Aryllia started to murmur, only loud enough for her and those beside her to hear. "Please tell me you didn't know about this--you did not plan this without telling me, did you!?" Aryllia growled at Asthar before turning back to her brother again. This couldn't be possible! How was he out!?"This was all just a sick joke, wasn't it, haha! Let's bring all the people who Aryllia disappointed in one place! THIS WAS A STUPID IDEA!" Aryllia slammed her fist into Asthar before storming off toward the resort. "You guys have fun. I'm going to 'prepare' for the inevitable fights to come."
