"So what do you want to do in castle town?" The forest dweller asked moving some wild hair back into place behind her ear. "It's just odd to see a girl like you alone like this... Do you have anyone with you?" The hero asks feeling her ax slip off her back, quickly reaching behind and pushing it back into place, it didn't fit her body well as it slipped off often Hono was in a very good mood, she wasn't in her normal angry mood, however, that wouldn't stop her from being her normal curious self , but she had a weird feeling about the stranger, so she stayed cautious.
As the girl slowly realized she was not a human, Hono was a little nervous. "Yeah yeah... I'm a Kokiri so what!?" she asks the new girl her tone a bit more aggressive than before, She wasn't surprised, the girl was never good at telling lies. She rubbed her neck a bit embarrassed. "Guess I won't hide it anymore..." She crossed her arms and stood up getting off the stump.
Hono made her self at home, she took a seat on a log near the women. She put her feet up on the stump of the tree, quickly looking at the rings of the stump it was rather young. Hono was much much older, the tree stood for about 20 years before recently falling due to a recent storm. Hono didn't care for nature as much as the other Kokiri. As such her feet remained on top the stump.
"Sky, What a simple name, though you are a human which are pretty simple." The girl bluntly said as she looked at Sky. As she heard about Hylian Children. "I'm not a child!" She huffed and crossed her arm. "I'm... Just really short of a Hylian is all..." The forest dweller was no good at lying, not one bit. Sky could probably see right through her lie. Hono looked up at the clouds. "Why are you going to Castle Town?"
The Kokiri rubbed her neck and let out a yawn, she was rather tired as she walked around closer to the girl. The bushes moved and rustled a little, a few small animals moved around heading home for the night. Before settling in their "homes". Hono couldn't tell what race the girl was right away, She assumed either a Human or Hylian. Hono could notice the girl was not hostile so that was good. Hono relaxed a little, she wanted to make her first interaction outside of the forest a good one. The hero pulled her hands above her head to stretch out a little bit
"I"ll ask you the same." The Kokiri calmly asks the women. She didn't want to tell her everything about her self. "I'm Hono, that's all you need to know," The hero spoke to the girl in a rather calm tone not wanting to intimidate her. "Are you human?" Hono was debating as to if she should introduce her self as a Kokiri, As for now, she would dodge any questions about it. "Are you camping...? Where are you heading?" Hono studied Sky, Her long black hair was rather pretty.

Hono the new member of the heroes of Hyrule stepped out of the forest in which she spent all life. Taking her first steps outside of the woods filled her with excitement, like millions of chains snapping, finally free. The Kokiri spend a few hours just exploring the wide-open field of Hyrule. Obviously getting distracted from her mission More interested in the different birds and bugs swarming the field. As she wondered for hours and hours looking at everything that moved.
Coming across a formation of rocks, quickly running over.Quickly noticing a figure? As she snuck around a bit she noticed a female. Though a cloak made it rather hard to tell for sure. Soon Hono took a deep breath, she didn't think the girl was hostile, however, she had a battle ax across her back. "Hello?" The girl called out rather eager to figure out who this youngster was leaving her hiding place,
(Oh! Don't worry, it's really not an issue I don't mind some waiting, plus I've been very busy with this hurricane and stuff!)
Hono nodded agreeing with Emil surprisingly, Hono had no idea he was Hylian or even a hero until much later. "I only figured out about him being the hero once he went to leave, we really don't get much news, since travelers are so rare." She admitted with a soft chuckle rubbing the back of her neck softly trying to act cool. She moved the topic along seeing the shopkeeper rubbing his arm. "Does it hurt?" she said faking her tone of voice making it sound rather caring and sweet much like a mother. "How about now?" She went back to her normal tone, a rather aggressive sounding one, quickly punching Emil on the other arm. Hono chuckled soon after.
Kura mentioned the Deku Tree it made Hono think, she was glad she would be able to finally have a purpose for leaving. Oddly she would actually kinda miss her treehouse, but a change was welcome. Her mind wandered to thinking about the camp, wouldn't it be rather weird seeing a Kokiri train with full grown Hylians. She was very skilled in most weapons her main weapon was an Axe, she wondered how she matches up with the other warriors. "Let's get going!" Hono finally let out her excitement running up to Kura, She had many questions about the camp which she would ask Kura as the two walked deeper into the camp, her voice echoing a little.

Hearing Emil make a comment about her fairy she gave him a rather hard punch on the arm. "A princess! No way!" Hono exclaimed happily. Meeting royalty was new to her, she had no idea had to act. She wasn't very respectful. "Oh... He sounds strong," Once again many images went through her mind, a big man with a massive blade is what she imaged him looking like. "I wanna meet your sister!" Hono stood up walking closer to Kura eagerly.
"Ahh I thought the Hero was better than that," She gave the hero a tease, hearing more about the villain made her stomach drop yet again getting sick thinking about the things he did. "Allies...." Hono looked at the others. It made a small smile form on her face, 'They seem like good, strong people' The girl thought to her self. "Alright... Kura I want in! I want to help people, better than sitting around in the forest. "I have to do this!" she said rather aggressively.
With a heavy sigh, Hono crossed her arm. She really wished she knew what was out in Hyrule, but due to being confined in the forest. "Yeah, I think it would be fun!" she agreed with Emil for once even though it was pretty rare for that to happen. "Last thing I remember was that Civil War." The Kokiri rubbed her head, "Please tell me it hasn't gotten worst!" The forest child was really worried thinking about the war. Walking through the ruins made her smile. "I never saw this before!" She jumped up and down happily. Looking at the crude stables, the horses were rather big but her curiosity peaked.
She looked around the ruined castle, all the antics made her eyes grow wide. "Help people! Let me in damn it! This is what I've been waiting for! I mean it's destiny! I met you for a reason! Come on Kura!" A loud slam was heard as the girl slammed her hand on a table. The Kokiri had a loud voice which echoed through the ruins, her voice sounded aggressive but Kura began to ask if they knew anything about recent events. "Nope, Like I said before, the Civil war's the last thing I remember." She said with a soft sigh. The thought of mass murder in the war made her queasy. Yet the thought of being part of the Heroes of Hyrule made her adrenaline pump a little, slashing at trees back home may just come in handy.
"Alright!" Hono jumped up and down happily with joy. "I can't wait". She gulped wondering how she would introduce her self. She looked up to see a Kokiri flying towards them. Emil, the girl never really had fond feelings for him, she sighed seeing him. She tried to stay calm not wanting to lash out. She had assumed the Deku Tree sent the boy to find her, it really annoyed her.
"Damn that tree!" Hono said getting very annoyed by Emil already. "Leave us alone!" She barked at Emil angrily but sighed some more trying to calm down. " Ugh! Of course, you ruin my good time! You're the worst Emil..." She shouted crossing her arms. She began listening to Kura "No you're not causing me any trouble!" The Kokiri gave Kura reassurance. Kura began to tell them the truth. Heroes of Hyrule the name echoed through her head. "I want in!" She said rather quickly. "Is that something I can do?!" The "child" asked Kura, she had that look on her face yet again an extremely excited one.
The girl walked some more in the forest. They were getting closer, she soon she spoke up. "Can I meet your friends?" She said in a rather calm voice, a few birds, and animals rushed away from the Hylian. "I'd love to see what they're like!" She turned while still walking. She had a real smile on her face, Kura could see the excitement the girl had.
"Fairy... The Deku Tree says I'm not mature enough..." She rolled her eyes finally turning back focusing on walking. "We do have fairies, but I never understood why we need one," With a shrug, she heard her final question. "I don't have anywhere to go...I mean hell I don't know much about the outside world," The wood was rather thick but a clearing was coming up.
"Just up here!" Pushing one final branch out of the way revealing the ruins. The old city fascinated her. "Damn I haven't been here in years!" She chuckled and turned to see if Kura was behind her. Hono had a lot of fun escorting the lady. The only thing that confused her had to be her friends living in the ruins. 'Just who lives in ruins' She shook her head and did let it get to her.
Hono pushed a few leafs out of the way. Listening to the girl talk. "I look good for my age~!" She said in response to her being shocked about her age. Hearing about the illness made her nod. " Oh, I see! We can still die...At least I think... We feel pain and all so enough could kill us" She said to Kura. "But I've never seen one of us die... But I'm always looking around the woods so I could be wrong." She was honest with the girl. "I'm glad you're not annoying like most of the visitors..." The forest dweller said as she kept walking in. "They're always so..." She couldn't think of the word to say. "Pushy? Needy?" She shrugged. The female took a liking to the Hylian, she seemed nice, though Hono did wonder what her friends were doing at the ruins so she spoke up.
"So... Why are your friends at the ruins? Just find it odd... the ruins aren't a place a lot of people go, I did explore it a lot 200 or so years ago!"
The female still wanted to help out to learn some more about Hylians. And maybe while she was at it, she'd find something to do than sitting around in the old forest rotting away. She wondered if she could meet with the girls' friends. Many images ran through her head, different races, cultures. It made her super excited she felt all fuzzy on the inside like a child opening presents. However, on the outside, she didn't show it walking and pushing bushes to the side.
"Ugh, No leaving won't kill us! Just a dumb old story that dumb ass tree tells us! He doesn't want us to leave! I hate it, I wanna leave this stupid place so bad..." SThhe Kokiri was letting her anger out. Her blood was pumping just thinking about the Deku Tree, it was very common for her to do this when she was in town. "He just acts like he can tell me what to do!" She sighed. They were close to the ruins.
A few of Hono's kin were watching and observing the mysterious women making sure she was safe. Hono tapped her chin when the lady spoke. "The Ruins? I've been a few times. Haven't been in a hundred or so odd years. I can show you the way..." She said crossing her arms. " The rest of the Kokiri's are pu-" she stopped her self. "you get what I'm saying..." She sighed. " That book would be awesome! Can't wait to have it!" She was very excited for a new read, books were hard to get, and one from a Hylian would be great. She took the book and stuffed it into her bag quickly. Before sliding it back on her back " Just follow me..." The "child" walked past the shop. "There's the shop if you need stuff..." Hono was happy with the Hylian she wasn't annoying like a lot of travelers.
"As for my age..." The Kokiri actually had to think about it, just how OLD was she. "Lemme think... Well, I was around before the Hero of time" She told the Hylian walking out of the village into the lost woods. "So around 800, How old are you? My book says you guys only live till about 100. Is that true?" She had many questions on her mind, how many could she ask and get the answer to? She had 15 minutes to figure out."Oh, I'm Hono make sure you remember it:" The Kokiri said in a rather forcefully tone. "It should take about 15 minutes, Make sure you stay close... If you get lost who knows what would happen~" She smirks seeing how the Hylian would react. The woods was rather thick but the Kokiri went slow and was very familiar with the woods.

The Kokiri flipped the pages in her book. She had to do it rather slow due to the crude way the book was crafted. Sliding a bookmark into the book closing the book, Hono put the book back into her backpack. She got off the large stump stepping on some fallen leaves. Her book told her some things about Hylians their pointed ears was one of the easiest ways to tell if someone was one. Hono heard a voice call out it appeared to be a female, Many of her fellow Kokiri rushed to hide behind trees and in their houses to hide from the stranger. Hono, on the other hand, was excited, the village had been very quiet lately.
Hono soon found the lady calling out, She quickly ran to her. Hono didn't get a very good look at her. "Do you need help?" She said once getting closer to the girl, She stood about 3 foot away from her. The brave Kokiri soon studied the stranger, She began walking circles around her to get a good look. "Hmm... Are you a Hylian?" Hono soon finished looking at the brunette. "You're much prettier than my book said." It was normal for Hono to say things like that. "Did you get lost?" Hono wanted to ask many more questions to the girl but would save them for now.
Kokiri Forest was rather calm, A few Kokiri already up playing. The sun beamed in from above through the tree leaves, Hono had her hair down while she slept. The sun flashed into her window, caused her to awaken. She rubbed her eyes and sighed heavily. "Ugh..." Laying her head back she covered her face with a pillow as to block out the sun and maybe fall back asleep. Laying for a few minutes did nothing. The girl leaned up and sighed the pillow falling to the floor. "Damn it... Might as well get up" She mumbled placing her bare feet on the wooden floor. As she stood she cracked her knuckles and did some light stretching. Walking over to some more wooden furniture, this time a dark wood desk with a mirror. The Kokiri grabbed a single hair-tie and did the left side of her hair in the normal pigtail, grabbing the second, sliding it into her hair and tying it around creating the next pigtail completing the pair. Next, she put her small pair of shoes on for her child sized feet. "Oh right, Breakfast!" She remembered going to the center of her room which had a stump which she used for a table, she grabbed onto a red apple and taking a bite out of it. The sweet flavor made her take more and more bites until the core remained.
Rushing outside the girl's home was up in a tree, she chucked the core of the fruit which made a splash landing in a body of water. The girl grabbed hold of the ladder she had, her hand wrapped around the first rail as she made her way down about 10 feet. Her feet now touching the solid ground. She took a deep breath in, "At least it smells nice..." She mumbled. Hono crossed her arms thinking about what she wanted to do today. The girl shrugged to her self and walked down a crude path of rocks, glancing at her fellow Kokiri. "How can they stand this, It's the same thing every day..." The forest dweller thought as she walked to the same body of water which the apple core landed in. She bent over and cupped her hand taking some water in her hand and quickly taking a drink. Hono tapped her foot but got an idea, she quickly rushed back to her home climbing back up the ladder and looked on a bookshelf in her room. "Hmm... Goron...Zora..." She looked at the research books she had. "Ah! Hylian! Haven't looked at this one yet!" Placing the leather bounded book in her odd backpack. Being a little cocky she slid down the ladder, Looking around she saw a stump next to the body of water from earlier. Hono placed her butt on the stump and opened the rather lengthy book on Hylians and began reading.

PERSONALITY
Hono is very unlike a Kokiri, She can't stand the forest and wants to leave. She has a very adventurous personality, She wants to see more than just the boring old woods. Hono is extremely blunt and will say the first thing that comes to her mind with out thinking about it, often getting her in trouble. Hono also doesn't really keep secrets letting everyone know how she feels about them with out beating around the bush. When it comes to battle she prefers to stay calm, though if one of her fears are present she won't do as well.
She can't stand most people who have a lot of authority, she's not very fond of royalty or even her dad the Deku Tree. She can be called quite rude to most people at first until they start to warm up to her. Warming up to her isn't too terribly hard. They just have to ignore her bluntness. She often likes to solve a problem with threats and sometimes force, this has caused to appear rather scary to her fellow Kokiri. Despite being rather unfriendly she actually makes friends easily, she considers a lot of people her friend, mainly people who put up with her.
Even though she dislikes being bossed around she still accepts battle strategies given to her, she see's them as ways to improve her fighting style. If Hono is up against a powerful enemy she'll assess them to see what she needs to do win. Hono knows when she's beaten and will flee a fight if need be. If she's up against a weak enemy she likes the strategy "Kill it before it kills you". Hono thinks Kokiri are underestimated due to their small size, she'll argue that they are not to anyone who disagrees. Hono loves seeing old ruins and will often rush to see them, it kind of takes over her. She loves to just look around to find anything interesting.

HISTORY
Hono was born with all of the Kokiri, she was perfectly fine till around 600 BCE, when she got bored. She really wanted to follow the Hero on his adventure but of course, the other Kokiri's said no. Hono doesn't really know why she stuck around, probably because she didn't know where to go, she was always reading up on other locations and races. Rarely when the town got visitors she would talk their ear off asking them everything she wanted to know.
This was when she really got curious about the outside world. Hono often snuck into the lost woods despite being warned not to, She often explored the different structures and even a little bit of the forest temple to help the Hero. Hono did the same in 400 BCE she tried to sneak out of the forest but yet again wasn't allowed to. Hearing how crazy things got during the Hero's quest made her upset missing out on all the fun stuff. During 0 CE she was actually a little glad to be in the forest, the civil war probably wouldn't reach her so she was safe.
APPEARANCE
Hono is a girl of a short size with slightly tanned skin, brown eyes, and short black hair in the style of pigtails. She wears a long-sleeved pink mini-dress that bares her shoulders and has white lines at the center of the mini-dress to the base. The sleeves of her mini-dress are a shade of violet, and the remainder of her hands are covered in white gloves. Accompanying her attire is a lighter pink mantle adorned with symmetric patterns. She wears white stockings, which are accompanied with a set of brown shoes. Finally, her backpack appear as a large puppet doll that looks like a bear? Rabbit? It hangs from Hono's back and has two button eyes a green and a red one, It's followed by a rather large creepy smile.
