[attr="class","libody"] Their introductions were quick. Both Asthar and Perseus giving the young lady a respectful bow before inducting their investigation of her arrival; Perseus being oblivious to her coming meant that her sister had not sent forth a letter --that or it was intercepted. She furrowed her brows quickly and let out a soft “Hmm”, in response to his inquiry. “No my lord, nothing is of dire emergency… I had hoped that you received a parcel about my visit but it does not seem to be the case. With that, I apologize for being unannounced,” she said pulling the lengths of her dress up in a curt bow.
Her eyes moved from Perseus to rest over Asthar, who stood at a rather obtuse distance. He had given her a greeting that hinted at the possibility of prior engagements between the two of them, but she could not remember for the life of her. Her aquarian blue eyes rested on him a bit longer as she took in his aesthetic makeup; finding herself a bit disappointed at the lack of... panache.
Returning to King Perseus, the woman smiled softly, “I am indebted to your efforts in Castle Town some time ago, I cannot thank you enough,” she said before pushing her hair over her shoulder to fall behind her and cupping her hands in the front of her lap, “I am actually here because of events stemmed from that afternoon.”
Raising her shoulders in a soft shrug she smiled, “Perhaps we can find someplace to sit for discussions? It was a long ride here and I could relax a bit. Umm maybe we can talk over some tea… all three of us.”
A rather bold suggestion being a guest in the castle, but Kura was not one to hold her tongue. If she wanted something she was ambitious enough to reach out and take it, even in the presence of two renowned Kings. “I was not sent here to speak with you Milord Asthar, but I do not wish to miss the opportunity if you would be willing to join us.”

[attr="class","libody"]In an exasperated gesture, Kura grumbled and folded her arms underneath her chest. Her cerulean eyes glancing over the ironclad knight that rode beside her. His expression was just as annoyed as her own as he met her gaze. “Milady, certainly you can hold your excitement.” “Garrett I haven’t yet been to Labrynna! I was never allowed on diplomatic trips.” “Are you sure this has nothing to do with seeing the former prince, now king, Perseus?” his eyes trained on the princess as together they steered their horses down the path to the capital. Her face instantly flushed and she pursed her lips in a skewed face.
She was not going to admit it, but she immensely looked forward to seeing King Perseus; ever since her bright and honest blue eyes met his at Zelda’s coronation many years ago, she had been rather smitten for the man. Though due to recent events, she had been unable to see him for quite some time… until now. Kura smiled to herself, of course though her loyal -- and ever guarding, escort could see the way the idea brightened up her face.
It was quite sometime until their travel had come to an end, Garetty hoisting the princess from the back of her mount and letting her adjust herself while he went to approach the guards at the gate. She took her time to admire the city they stood in, stretching her arms up into the sky and letting out an exaggerated sigh.
“King Perseus is currently in a meeting with King Asthar.” Garrett said walking back to the woman, his height towering over her as he neared. She twisted her bottom lip and lifted a hand to her chin, “Ask them to show us in, I am sure that as my sisters emissary they will allow us. Besides, I have yet to meet with the King of Holodrum; this should be good.”
After a moment of debate, she found herself being led, escorted by at least three armed knights, and of course her own retainer [ she wasn’t allowed to go anywhere without him, on orders of Zelda herself.] A white gown brushed against the ground as she walked, and the sound of hardened soles echoed against the pavement. She was dressed elegantly, --all in extra effort to see the King of course; her long light auburn hair strewn around her shoulders, braided strands pulled back from her crown and tied behind her head. She was beginning to look more like her mother each day, though she had her father's eyes.
“Should I wait for you my princess?” Garrett asked, his dark brow arched up from his green eye in question. “That would be wise,” she responded as they neared the throne room.
“Wait here, I will ask for your entrance,” the post guard said, holding his hand out as a signal for them to stop. It was common practice to ask for admittance, especially upon showing up un-announced. Well she could only assume that her sister sent a letter in advance to their journey but there was no telling for sure.
The woman waited patiently, and if allowed she would be shown in promptly, her hands clasped in front of her as she walked across the marbled floors with a faint smile on her lips. It may have been a few years, but court etiquette was burned into her permanently. At a glance one would see her white dress with long skin hugging sleeves and a wide neckline. It was adorned with dark red hems and patterned with large Hyrulian lettering on the front, a gown that most royalty in Hyrule would wear --though it had been quite some time since she had worn something quite so elegant.
Stopping a meter or so from Perseus and Asthar, she bowed politely before speaking, “Greetings my kings.”
Be not afraid of greatness; Some are born great, some achieve greatness, and others have greatness thrust upon them. Destined to achieve anything and push the tides of the world, her sister Zelda was foretold the throne, raised up to properly run the kingdom after her father and ultimately continue to bring peace to Hyrule. To this, Kura couldn’t help but fall short. [break][break] She was born just over three years after Zelda, and unfortunately that was just enough time to separate the two of them, allowing her older sister to receive the amount of attention that was never given to her. If Zelda snuck out, she was merely scolded and put back in her room; If Kura acted out in anyway she was disciplined greatly in comparison, being told to hold herself higher and obey the rules set for them as it was expected of a princess. [break][break] This happened for years, until the death of their father broke the air around them and shook their world. Because her mother died when she was just a toddler, she was not impacted with the absence of a motherly figure, but with the death of her father, she experienced the range of emotions between sadness, anger, and loneliness. As the king, he had little time for his children to begin with, and Kura longed for something she now could never have. Like the rest of his children, Kura shielded herself away in her room, only emerging for the eulogy and to eat. Ultimately she grew rather sickly and had to rest in bed for months during recovery while her sister seemed to be rather lively. [break][break] Kura received word of Zelda’s actions, knowing that she would grow into the throne, and for some reason, this angered Kura and so many questions ran through her mind; It was too early, did she have little respect for father? Did she not miss him at all or think anything of his death. Did she only lust for his throne? A misconstrued conception, and a silly way for a princess to think of her own sister. Eventually, word traveled to her ears about Zelda’s vision and Kura felt anguish about how she accused her sister in her own mind. It was good that she yearned to step up against the evil that was told to plague the land even though they were all still young. [break][break] Kura continued to live in the castle like normal, the absence of her father made the world around her a bit dull and dark, but she tried her best to find happiness in even the darkest moments. She often ran around the gardens, her short dresses wrapping around her barefeet as she enjoyed the plant life that the servants so diligently kept alive for her. [break][break] At this time, she came to grow excited for a ball that Zelda throwing to introduce the Hero to the World. His name was Link and apparently he was the hope for Hyrule to prevent their world from ending up in the darkness that Zelda foretold with her earlier vision. Like every princess, Kura wanted to appear her best; she had her hair in large wavy curls around her, darkened eyelashes and a white gown that shimmered when she walked. The attendees of the ball would step up to her in respect, bowing slightly before asking for her hand to dance and Kura, had the time of her young adult life. [break][break] She ate good food, gawked at Prince Perseus and the new Hero and even envied Zelda who got to dance with him during a special song. She had not been this happy or excited since before their father died and the night had gotten even better! King Galadhion had stepped in for her late father and announced the marriage between her sister Zelda and Prince Perseus! [break][break] As the younger sister of the bride, Kura helped prep for the day, planning out things with the planners that King Galadhion had hired, and dedicated her time to make sure everything was perfect. After their marriage, Zelda would be acclaimed Queen, and Perseus would be King, and Hyrule would live in peace with the Hero at their side. It was like one of the fairy tales in her books! [break][break] At least, Kura thought that, until she watched her sister fall to the ground before her very eyes. The cup of wine that would consummate their marriage staining her red dress like blood. Kura ran to her sister's side, crying and screaming for someone to help, looking to Perseus and even Link. [break][break] Days went by, Kura sent her sister off and wished her a peaceful death. The young princess awaiting what news she could from the front lines of the army, where her brother would be garrisoning her sisters troops alongside the Hero. But what good would an army do against the darkness that crept over Hyrule. How could you fight shadows in men’s hearts? [break][break] One early evening, as Kura walked the gardens like she always did, her mind dwelled on the negative feelings in her heart as her delicate fingers ran over the old oak her fathered had carved their family initials into. This was their favorite tree, a memory of them spending what time they could together. When suddenly a pain struck her hand, fire erupting under her skin and causing her to yell out in pain, dropping to her knees and grasping at her hand hard. [break][break] Light flooded her eyes as she gazed on a golden like Aura that turned a deep shade of blue and purple before she felt her body shift, a deep voice in her ear that beckoned her. She came into a new power, one that flowed deep in her ancestry and reappeared only within her. Brought out by the shard of the Triforce that rested in her possession, she newly transformed into a divine beast, having a connection to the darkness called Twilight she was able to call upon it and use it at her will while in this form. [break][break] Not soon after, Kura found that her sister was in fact alive, returning to the capital to be crowned Queen of Hyrule. What was left of Hyrule at least. The world was in shambles and deeply out of balance. Riots broke out and people stormed the castle, ripping Zelda from the security of her bed to insult her and hurt her, Labeling her a failure. This was when Kura stepped up for her sister, coming in between the crowds that threw stones, and her sister, taking the force of it and barking at the crowd of civilians until the guards came around to shield her and Zelda until they were able to flee their home. [break][break] Feeling deep down inside pain for her sister, and held her hand and let a few tears run down her face. She knew the complicated road that Zelda had ahead and it was time to push aside her petty jealousy and stand by Zelda’s side. [break][break] During the four years of their hiding, Kura worked on harnessing more of her power, to control her transformations and even push the extent of her capabilities. She trained slowly, yearning to wield a blade and help her sister reforge the Triforce and return balance to Hyrule. [break][break] Though that is a feat easier said than done. With the rise of Eleazar, Kura attempted to tie together the Kingdoms, visiting King Perseus and Asthar in Labrynna. This meeting was fruitful in more ways than one, revealing hidden romantic feelings between the princess and the young king. They promised each other of their intentions, and when they were to be wed, Kura suffered heavily at the hand of evil incarnate. [break][break] Having perished due to poison, only her sister could bind her soul back to her body and resurrect the princess from near death. What she awoke to, was another crisis.
RANK: Common [break]TYPE: Sword [break]DESCRIPTION: The Silver Saber, is a hand down blade that was once wielded by Kura's late uncle who was a commander in her father's army. An ancient blade it has seen many battles and struck down many oppositions within Kura's Royal Bloodline, even once belonging to a Hero of Old, the same that shares her trait to turn into a divine beast. [break][break] A beautiful glimmer of hard steel, it is tempered to never show wear, even being centuries old, and has blood red rubies encrusted into the blade just above the hilt. Being a shorter blade, only reaching 38 inches, it has an abnormally long hilt ( 9 inches ), allowing two handed or one handed maneuvers and is well suited for Kura who is casually smaller than most warriors.[break][break]
Matching the black and silver woven hilt is the sheath which lies on Kura's hip, allowing for her to quickly reveal the blade in case of danger. When it comes to use, in Kura's hands the blade can take down the enemies in front of her with ease, and being a light blade, she can be rather agile with her movements with no disregards to her speed.
