It was a quiet day, in which Alessandra had managed to sneak away from the castle and go on her own adventure. Though she always promised to never go far, she had decided to enter the wooded swamps in search of some flowers and herbs for a special brew she was attempting to perfect - a love potion! 

It was a silly idea, and she didn't have anyone in particular to use it on, but her fascination with magic was all too much for her, especially with the old books that were left about the palace. The library was a dangerous place for a magical woman.

The sprites glimmered and glowed across the sunrise as the noise of crickets began to dim with the chirps of birds. Everything was peaceful--at least until the sound of a large thud had caught her attention. It almost sounded like an explosion - like reality itself had warped and spit out dark matter.

Her face looked up quickly, and her eyes widened, following the sound that was hidden in shadow of the trees. Getting up quickly, her hand went for her sword before moving further into the brush. 

A figure appeared in the distance, disoriented, or at least, he didn't seem balanced. "Show yourself!" she said quickly. They were not a deku, nor were they a witch. Who were they and what were they doing in the woods? Though she could ask herself the same thing...

Everything was a blur, like space itself was being pulled around Link as he fell through what he could only describe as infinity. There was snippets of memory he remembered, masked by an immeasurable rage he remembered feeling, and the thought that Zelda was in danger, and he had been tricked. It made sense, with the mask he clenched onto as if his life depended on it, but it offered no salvation from his current situation. The sword's spirit chimed at him in panic, but no words were coming through amidst the lingering haze of bloodfury and panic.

And suddenly there was a blink in everything around him, and with a booming sound, he found himself hiting ground, the mask clattering away a foot to his left as he groaned. Grass, not the most solid ground, but solid enough to have taken the wind from his lungs. But he wasn't falling through space anymore, and slowly he stood, still disoriented. The sword twinkled, but he paid the sword spirit no mind, instead pushing to his feet and stumbling over to the mask. He picked it up, and swayed, dizzy again, but a voice caught his attention, shocking him.

He saw what seemed to be a figure with a sword, but his vision spun, and he found himself taking uneasy steps forward before collapsing against a tree, and heard another whisper. One from the memories of wearing the mask, as fleeting as they were.

Rampage...


Shaking his head, he put a hand over his eyes and squinted.

"I... I don't think I'm well. Could you possibly help?"

Lowering her weapon, the girl's face softened as she looked over the boy carefully. He appeared Hylian, perhaps wandering too far from Clocktown, or maybe he resided in Ikana City? He didn't look familiar though, which was strange in itself. In a way, he shared a resemblance to the paintings depicting the boy in green who pushed the moon away on the day she was born.

She tilted her head in curiosity, trying to figure out words. Blonde hair was not a commodity in Termina. It was common among her own family, and seldom Hylians. "Not well?" she finally mused.

What was wrong with him? And what was that noise? She pursed her lips as ideas ran across her head. Perhaps he was forming a ritual, or performing magic of some sort. Still, she didn't want to lower her distrust immediately. He was so pretty though...

"What do you require? Ikana City is a bit far from here, but if you require immediate medical attention, the witches are close by. I know them personally, I may be able to persaude them into aiding you."

"Not medical, just... Where am I? How did I get here?"

He took the time to look around, familiar with nothing in the vicinity. He was just in a desert, and Majora had tricked him, but where had she sent him? It looked like no part of Hyrule, or any other land he knew of. Instead, he looked to the girl, blonde like him, and shakily stood erect, wiping the sweat he had just realized was there from his brow. No, she wasn't familiar either, but she was offering help.

"I... I was tricked into being sent here. That mask... Don't touch it, it's dangerous. I just need... Zelda. I need to find her."

His words were hard to get out, almost as if an emotional weight was on his very being. He was aware, but everything felt sluggish, and as he tried to take a step, he stumbled forward, landing next to the visage of the Fierce Deity, barely catching himself. But it was quiet now, just painted wood, and all he could hear was the red rage of the memories of wearing it, if they could be called that.

"I... Might need some medical attention, but no witches. Where else can you take me? I need... To see if anybody knows what happened to me. I need to find Zelda, and then Majora..."

"Zelda...?" she mused over the name, unfamiliar to her. He was discombobulated and appeared unsure of his surroundings. It wasn't very common to come across strangers like this - especially ones of wealth, which he appeared to have by his clothing. "Are you a lord? Where do you heil from?"

As he instructed her not to touch the mask, she looked over it carefully, wondering what kind of dark magic lived inside. Just... who was this man? "You're in the Southern Swamp of Termina. No need to worry, it's not far from Clocktown. We can go back to my horse and head there immediately. Perhaps then we can find this Zelda you speak of. Did you get separated on your journey?"

The name Majora had struck a cord, but she did not flinch at the name. It was one she remembered well from the stories her brother would tell her, but with how unwell the man seemed, she didn't want to worry him more so. Was... this the hero of legend she had heard about? He didn't appear that much older than her, and he would at least be in his thirties by this point, would he not?

It was worth asking questions later. Holding out a hand to him, she waited for his next move. "We can go to Clocktown, or I can take you directly to Ikana City, however that will take longer. My brother is the king, and may be able to help you on your venture."
