God the people of Holodrum could be such pansies. Jeez how could they find the idea of fighting overgrown lizard birds terrifying?! They were only the size of a man after all! As much as Andrea hated when people didn't do anything to help themselves she still needed money to survive if she was going to get home. As much as Andrea held her beliefs in high esteem she was a pragmatist at heart; beliefs couldn't put food on the table after all nor could they pay rent for that miserable little shack she had back in Holodrum. Those were the reasons Andrea had travelled out to the plains of Holodrum searching for lizard birds that had been assaulting travelling traders. Couldn't have local trade being stifled like this at least that was her current employer's biggest concern.

With her sword and shield resting upon her back, held fast by leather straps, Andrea was crouched over the grassy ground a few feet south of one of the main roads that lead into Holodrum. God compared to her own land of origin Holodrum was so primitive; they didn't even have concrete roads outside of the bigger cities although that said Andrea's home land rarely had civil wars and other politically charged conflicts to worry about. They were often a little bit more concerned about fighting off gigantic fire breathing dragons. "Hmm...digitigrade pattern..three claws....yellow green feathers...judging by the amount of foot prints seems like...five of them at least. Well at least this will be quick." A rough estimation based upon the size of the foot prints indicated, at least to Andrea, that these beasts were little larger a man which fit with the reports she had heard from the survivors of the attacks.

Rising up from the grassy ground a gentle breeze blew through the air from the direction that the footprints lead in. "Downwind huh?...Excellent. No need to worry about being caught unless I'm careless." Andrea was confident that these footprints were fresh on account of the fact it had rained last night meaning the prints had to have been made after that; they would have been washed away other wise. Wishing she had her armour on her (it had been damaged following the accident that brought her to Holodrum) Andrea knew this upcoming fight would be a little riskier than usual but she supposed the lack of her armour meant she would be lighter. "Well..time to get to work" And so she marched forward in the direction of the tracks eager to get this over and done with! The sooner she got paid the better!

It had been three days since he wandered around Holodrum, he took over a patrol which been held by a group of Waystrider rangers. They insisted that they should patrol the area but Ehrandil dismissed them, told them that they had done their duties more he asked for. When they asked that did he need protection or company, Ehrandil turned them down because he wanted to patrol the areas alone. Some of them thought that Ehrandil forgotten his duty as their chieftain but he reassured them that he did not, he just wanted to step out from the village for awhile after all these years. Not just patrol, Ehrandil punished himself in this because he pointed his sword at his Queen when he lashed his anger at her but he relented, decided to forgive her.

The smell of warm air in Holodrum Plains took him back, but there were battles around here between noble houses back then and Ehrandil was a mercenary in one of the nobles' service but it was an another life, now he became a chieftain and a great responsibility was on his shoulders. Ehrandil already set up his small camp and campfire already lit up, he sat in front of it and rubbed his hands. A bow and quiver of arrows slung across his back and his sword dangled beside his waist, Ehrandil was no fool because he need the weapons to defend himself from harm, men or beasts alike. He came across travelers that there was sight of a monster lingered around the plains and it often attacked travelers it met, Ehrandil was thankful for the warning and it kept his guard up.

Ehrandil wandered deeply in his mind, he thought about Hyrule and what happened after they retake Hyrule from the Guilds. If they won against the Guilds and reclaimed Hyrule, would it give Ehrandil a peace state of mind? Will Helia's soul rest in peace if Hyrule was reclaimed and Zelda restored back to the throne? Ehrandil shook his mind off and continued on his watch, and wait.
