New Trait System! Stat System Thrown Out!

NEW TRAITS SYSTEM
So one thing that has been heavily discussed upon staff is the relevance of a stat system on a primarily social roleplay site. We have decided to scrap it completely and introduce a completely new system. Please keep in mind that this does NOT get rid of our ranking system, as that is a way to determine the experience of a player.
Because this is completely scrapping our stat system, this obviously means that we are going to need you all to revamp your characters. It should be fairly easy! Simply erase the stats from your profile upon it being unlocked and replace it with the code below. You will receive 38 POINTS to plot within your traits. You also will notice that 4 traits are BLANK. This is for you, the player, to decide for that specific character to encourage diversity.
If you received extra points upon approval, here is how to break down how many more points to add to your profile.
If you received 1 extra stat point, add 3 extra trait points to your original 38.
If you received 2 extra stat points, add 6 extra trait points to your original 38.
If you received 3 extra stat points, add 9 extra trait points to your original 38.
If you received 4 extra stat points, add 12 extra trait points to your original 38.

TEMPLATE
Upon creation, characters will be given a certain amount of points to place into crucial fields in the form of labeling terms: Novice (1), Apprentice (2), Journeyman (3), Adept (4), Master (5). Characters will also be given 4 blanks fields where they may place traits that are more oriented to their specific character.
Characters will be given the opportunity to reach a specific rank and upgrade their skill list as well as receive a new skill field.
If you include a history, it will be possible to earn more points upon approval by staff.
You have a total of 38 points to spend across these traits. PLEASE USE THE WORD TERMS. NOT THE POINT NUMBER. (i.e. use the term 'novice' instead of '1').
