I can see you put a lot of effort into this profile, and so for that I will give you a thumbs up. There are just a few concerns that myself and other staff members are having, which I will go over below.

1. First off, we are a bit concerned that you haven't discussed this idea with a staff member beforehand. The entire history behind your character drastically retcons the history of an entire race. At the very least, we would have expected you to work with Navi or Jade, who play the queen and princess of the Zora people. Not only that, but it does disregard most of the history already set in place for the Zora people and deeply effects their royal family bloodline.

Please be a bit more transparent with staff when making characters that hold deep ties to a lore. I'm going to ask you to direct yourself to Jade to work with them on figuring out a suitable medium for your character's history. Since Jade is the primary zora on site, it will be at their discretion to decide what you can and cannot include from your history to make canon.

2. Your corrupted bloodline magic - Have you talked to Jade at all about this ability? You cannot include other characters on site in your history without first talking to them. Even if it doesn't effect their character in any way other than giving them complete control of yours... you neglected to even reach out and discuss their connections. Please refer to Jade once more to discuss possible options for Antigus's connection to Princess Cetus.

3. Your camouflage spell is fine, but we ask that you add how many posts it lasts for.

Garrett displays an immature visage. He is decidedly stubborn and strong-willed, frequently letting his pettiness and vindictiveness get the better of him and often has to be restrained or reprimanded by whoever is present. He is somewhat selfish and self-absorbed, generally acting more out of self-interest than any sort of philanthropy as well as taking several opportunities to stroke his own ego or flaunt his status as a Sheikah.

He became almost unbreakably determined to meet the Zoran Leviathan that kept coming to him in his dreams, even if it meant separating from his sister Tiaris.

JUST A COUPLE ADJUSTMENTS!

Hello! I'll be moderating your application. Everything looks pretty solid for the most part! There are just a couple things I'll need for you to fix up before we can get your app approved.

AGE - he doesn't have one currently. If you look at those boxes up at the top of your profile, it should list his age, and you may have forgotten to add it. Nothing huge, but definitely important to add in.
MAJORA'S MASK EVENTS - This is more so going back off of age. Since I don't know how old your character is, I just want to reiterate that the events of Majora's Mask took place in Termina 20 years prior (since time moves differently in Termina than in Hyrule). Since you are adding information about your character's experiences during these events, be sure to remember to give an appropriate age.
MAGIC - this magic is solid for the most part. But in its weakest form (which all magic starts at) could you please add in that for now, it only works for minor attacks? We could also benefit off of a bit more description on when/how many times this works in a thread. Limiting it will give a more realistic approach.
FACE CLAIM - I see a picture you posted for the application, but the FC area says you don't have one? If you haven't thought of one yet, disregard this. But when you do finally figure one out, let us know so we can change the picture on your application.

RAVEN NEEDS A LITTLE BIT MORE WORK!

Hello! I'll be looking over your app today. Before we can approve you there are a few things that will need revision.

First off - his age. It says 30 (Physically), which is fine and dandy, however we require to know what his ACTUAL age is, and it must make sense for the race he is.
Which brings me to my next point - his race. By Terminan, I assume you mean Hylian from Termina? If that's the case, please put human or hylian as the race. In Termina, they are still considered to be called Hylians.
Your personality is a little bit confusing to me. It sounds like you're more so explaining his ability in combat and body type rather than actual traits to his personality. More so just notifying you in case you put something in the wrong area.
His history gives me a few concerns: below, I'll quote the following.
1. "Little is known of this strange tribal warrior's background save for his exploits around Termina. "
  
  What are these exploits? The point of a history is to give us some information. It's not giving away anything in character, because obviously we wouldn't metagame. But we would like to know more for what you mean by this. If people know about these exploits, shouldn't they know what they even were?
2. "Raven excels in tribalistic and forgotten rituals used for dealing with powerful forces."
  
  Can we get a little bit of info on what this means? What are these forgotten rituals? That's something we'll need to get some in depth information on. This could be considered as magic, and require a slot.
3. "Some rumors say the tribe and realm he claims to hail from are nothing more than myth."
  
  Can we get some info on this tribe? If they're as relevant as Termina as you make them sound, it would be good to know more about them and why people know who they are.
4. "Having heard trouble is stirring in Hyrule Raven walks the path of the drifter drawn to challenge and promises of future legends."
  
  The final concern is his knowledge of Hyrule. No one in Termina knows about Hyrule save for probably the mayor of Clocktown and Alexander and the great fairies, and that is only because of their encounters with the Hero of Time.
  
  There would be no possible way for Raven to have heard about the trouble going on in Hyrule because of two factors: time and disclosure.
  
  Time passes differently in Termina. While 600 years have passed in Hyrule since the Ocarina of Time/Majora's Mask era, in Termina only 20 have passed. So three days in Termina would be an entire three months to Hyrule. The trouble in Hyrule would have been aa year prior, and at the moment, there is no one alive who has traveled between the two realms within that time. So there is no way he would have heard about this.
Now onto magic! While energy manipulation is all fine and dandy, we need a little bit more information than that, as well as a format members should follow.

Please list the spell as the following:

We need to know how powerful this spell is. Telling us you can shoot bolts of energy isn't enough. How big are these bolts? How much damage do they do? What kind of energy (element) is it?
And last, you completely erased the last part of the template which we require by all members.
