Hono had many questions brewing into her mind. She had not a clue who was kidnapped, or why she of all people were picked, but she didn't let it trip her up. The Kokiri wanted to find out what was going on. She followed the directions on the letter closely, only getting sidetracked twice. Thankfully the girl was already relatively close to the castle. She saw the castle and got as close she was stopped by the large gate which blocked any further progress. The Kokiri sighed heavily. "What the hell did I get my self into...?" She pulled out the paper yet again. It spoke of a team, hopefully, her team was capable.
Thankfully Hono's small size and knowledge of the forest made it simple to sneak up to the caste using some trees as cover. She spotted a small crew of people. She slowly approached them, her battle ax strapped to her back (though greatly scaled down to fit her much smaller stature).
"Is this the right place...?" Were the first words to escape from her mouth, her voice sounded much like a child. Her eyes took a glance at each of the her "companions". Not being able to get a full grasp on them, but they look like they know a thing or three.
Quickly Hono thought to herself. 'They look capable, I think we have a chance! I hope they don't judge me by my appearance...' The girl soon took her letter and folded it once, then twice before returning it to her pocket.
The Kokiri climbed under the blankets. She had never slept in a real soft bed. She loved it! Her small head pressed against the soft pillow and the warm blanket covered her body. "Shut it..." She said talked about her being a child. "Like I have a reason to go out at night..." She said.
Due to the comfy bed, she had no issues falling asleep. The girl's arms wrapped around one of the pillows. Hugging it like a stuffed animal. Within moments she soon slept. Light snores escaped her mouth.
Hono sighed and left the bar with her companion. The Kokiri ran up the steps quickly. After a while, she rushed into the room and plopped down on the bed in the left. Her small body pressed down and the mattress sank into her shape. A heavy yawn exited her mouth. "I'm worn out..."
After a while, she heard Sky speak. "Balcony... I'll pass I wanna lay down" She said giving the girl only a slight glance. Her head against a pillow. "I'm not hungry," she said, the girl crossed her legs in order to get comfortable in the bed which was meant for a... larger adult.
Hono's nose led her into the tavern, full of drunks and such. As she sniffed around and saw some new foods. She got a few odd looks practically being a child in a bar would surely cause some attention. Whispers filled the tavern as people wondered where her parents were. The girl, however, looked at all the people's dinner in front of them. She soon noticed Sky following her.
"Ugh!" The Kokiri said with a sigh. After a few moments, she looked up. "I'm sorry!" I'm just curious! I've lived in a forest for hundreds of years!" She whispered to her. "Let's just... Go to the room!" She said out loud this time. "I'm tired sis..." She attempted to keep the act alive. "So... Where is our room?" She asks.
Hono rolled her eyes once again as she was now silent. She followed Sky walking to the counter. She looked up at her companion. Crossing her arms quickly as she listens to Sky request a room. With a soft yawn, she was ready to get into bed. "Yeah... I don't have a lot of money..." She told Sky teasing her trying to get a free room. Despite that, Hono wouldn't allow Sky to pay for the room herself.
"A sister," She said quietly before nodding. "Yeah... Sissy always makes me pay for stuff..." she told the owner wrapping her arms around Sky's legs acting like a child. " I love her though" She played along, since being a Kokiri would probably cause some unwanted attention. She blushed hearing him call her 'cute', "You watch it old man!" She barked dropping the kid like persona for a moment. She was soon distracted by new smells. Unfamiliar foods really made her wonder what they tasted like.
Hono rolled her eyes as Sky told her to hold her horses. "Oh, you shut up!" Hono pointed then quickly crossing her arms. Once Sky managed to catch up with the Kokiri, Hono quickly hugged the girl's legs. "Let's just get to the inn!" She broke away embarrassed by her own actions. A few of the people in the alley looked at the Kokiri some more, they wondered why a child would wander down here.
"Don't tell me what to do!" Hono barked at her, her facial expression forming into a frown. "It's not like I have much on me..." she whispered to her self. "I need some sleep," She said to Sky. The Kokiri cracked her knuckles and stretched out a little bit. "The room's on you~," She said winking, messing with her a little bit. As she looked at the Inn it made her shiver, she had always wanted to stay at an Inn, so this would be interesting for sure.
The Koiri had ignored the necromancer. With a few steps, she was now in the alley. It appeared to be a bit run down. "Hurry it up Sky!" she said teasingly. A few odd men eyed the Kokiri. The girl began to shiver a little. The alley didn't have much light so it was a little dark. The Kokiri was careful not to venture any deeper. She simply waited for her companion.
She'd feel a lot safer with Sky. "Fine fine! Hurry it! This is creeping me out!" She shouted back. She held her ax close feeling rather scared. "This sucks..." She thought quietly, shivering. She walked a bit to the exit of the alley in hopes to arrive at Sky sooner.
Hono simply glanced up at Sky. With a sigh, she soon got off the fountain looking up at her companion. "Ay, You shut it!" Hono pointed at her. The kids just played and played and played. Hono got up and looked at them, they looked at Hono then back at each other, as if asking her to play. The girl sighed and walked away from the children. She waved Sky over to her. "I guess we should get a room at the Inn..." The Kokiri spoke adjusting her heavy ax, pushing it back in place.
The girl pointed at an alley. "It could be down here!" She said snapping her fingers. She walked down the alley slowly. She pulled her ax around a twirled it, "Hurry it up!" she said commandingly while teasing. "Don't make chop your head off!" She joked placing her ax back into the holder on her back. She hoped her hunch about the location of the gym was correct.
Sky could see the small Kokiri buying something from one of the stalls. The girl had a small pouch in which she stored away some of the rations she purchased. She managed to get some bread and meats for a cheap price, the shopkeeper was convinced Hono was a little kid. The clipped the pouch back onto her pants. "I got food for a few days figured out." The girl stated with a small smile. She walked over to the fountain and took a seat. Today wasn't the most crowded day.
As she sat the began looking at the supplies she had on hand, she was underprepared. Only food filled her bag. Since this was her first time out the forest she didn't know what to bring, Of course, food was the obvious thing to bring, as well as a few rupees. Hono relaxed as she saw a few kids (As big as her) running around and playing, a smile formed as she watched them.
Hono rubbed her neck as Sky replied to her statement with reinsurance. Her childish curiosity sure was showing. "What kind of stores are we going to...?" The Kokiri looked at the girl as a question escaped her mouth. "Oh, you shut it!" She growled as the girl joked around. The adolescent looking women's cheeks grew a hue of pink.
Forcing her way through the crowd was rather hard due to her small size. Soon making it next to Sky. "Hell no! I'm not getting on your shoulders! I'm not a baby!" She barked as she got flustered, quickly walking deeper into the heart of the city. The joke the girl made, had entertained Hono quite a bit, however, she wouldn't show that. Hono wanted to show off how mature she really was. Oh dear...
Hono looked around the castle town busy as always it was busy, no matter what happened to the city it was always packed. Hono was very happy, she had always wanted to see castle town, though it could be in better shape. That didn't stop the Kokiri. As she and Sky looked around she wandered off a few times, but she returned to her companion often. "Sorry... I'm just so excited to see... I could do a little shopping!"
Hono told Sky taking her hand and ran ahead. Though she managed to get lost in a crowd with Sky. "uhh... I think it's up ahead!" She said looking at her, the little girl couldn't see out of the crowd and held Sky's hand tightly so she wouldn't get trampled in the crowds. "Sky just push through!" She said.
With a nod, Hono listened to the girl's opinion on her loss. " I wish I could agree, I haven't had much loss in my life!" A tiny hand rubbed against her neck then creeping back to her side resting. "Thank you for being nice I guess?" Hono said giving her a compliment a little confused as to if she should of or not. Hono jumped off the stump. "Alright! I'll keep you safe with my ax!" The girl quickly pulled yanked her ax out, it was rather heavy, however, the Kokiri held it with relative ease. "So. Let's be off!" She gave off an exciting aura, castle town was someplace she wanted to go for all of her life. Hono was very quick to run towards their destination, the ax dragging across the dirt leaving a trail.
"A journey?" The girl asks rather quickly, a journey sounded amazing, however, the girl was committed to the Heroes Of Hyrule. "I'm sorry about your parents!" She said feeling awkward for getting personal. The girl stood up and took her ax off her back, she laid it on a rock to her left, it made her relaxed, nevertheless, she kept it in her eyesight at all times, it was very important without it she was almost defenseless. The Kokiri returned to the makeshift seat. Sitting on the stump quickly, it wasn't the most comfortable thing but she used to it due to living in the forest.
Hono was all flustered, her cheeks a pink hue. "I just left the forest, to be honest..." She laughed awkwardly placing a hand on her neck rubbing it softly. "I would like to see castle town... Perhaps we could travel together!" The Kokiri suggest. She pulled her small legs in closer to the stump, she slouched quite a bit. Having a companion to escort her to castle town would be nice.
